There was so many things, so terrible with this "trip". I'll bullet point, chronologically: - Was 30 mins late picking us up from hotel - Was left on the street opposite the beach for about 40 mins, in the boiling heat, alone and the man (who never introduced himself) said he'd be back in 5 but we saw him sitting down in a street next to us eating chips with his mates... - 1.5 hours after we was MEANT to get picked up we finally started to get taken (slowly, they don't apologise or try and go a little quicker for you) to the boat. - we get taken to a floating thing for parasailing for 5 mins and then leave... the one person who got package B asked to be taken back to shore, so we went back again. - 2 hours into our trip, we were still on Pattaya beach *sigh* - we get told by "Mr B" that he's sorry for the delays today, but they had trouble with the boat? (Hmmm) and that they asked us and another couple if we wanted to still go fishing? (Ahaha on a fishing trip?) - One of us didn't because they felt sea sick but the "tour guide" said they had to stay on there. I thought "oh that seems a bit mean 1 hour of seasickness on a heavily rocking speedboat when the shore is like a 10 min round trip away? - we get to what we thought was the 1st island, but apparently it's the 2nd as the parasailing floating platform counts as a island. - oh beware of the moving plastic pier when you get off, it's a little scary, so avoid if you have difficulties with walking etc. - we get lunch which was quite nice, nothing great though, had to pay for our drinks which was annoying. - it was a beach with shops that sell the same stuff you get at Pattaya anyway, but double the price. - so much litter on the beach and in the sea, even an oil bottle, was constantly moving crisp packets and cups out of my way. - the whole group met back at the meeting place for 2, which the unnamed man told us to do... he was there asleep in a chair, he woke up around 1:58 and I thought oh he won't leave us waiting around again but no, he starting playing on his phone, at 2:10 I asked when will we be leaving and he said about 10 mins *sigh* then 25 mins later he stopped playing flappy bird and got up, but he slowly walked to the back of the restaurant and got more food... at 2:40 we leave. Annoying when could have been having fun on the beach but no, we were waiting, again. - we slowly followed the unnamed man back the boat to again be left in the sun, waiting while him and his mates who run the boat including Mr.B sat under an umbrella vaping... *Sigh* *eyeroll* *prays* - after 15 mins of frying in the sun, they decide they're done vaping and tell us to get on the boat. - we get taken to another beach, 5 mins away, to snorkel, but you can't really see anything and the snorkels don't look clean so if you don't want my herpes I probably wouldn't use the mouth piece. - on the other side of this beach there's another beach that's really pretty and what I half expected Thailand to be like. - we only had 30 mins here coz the tour people needed to promptly get back on time... the only time, they're on time was at the end of the trip to end their day of "work". So, if you want to feel like you're waiting around for other people all day, fry in the sun and not know wtf you're doing all day then sure, do this. If however you're like me, and don't like doing that, you instead like having fun, not wasting money and feeling like you're in safe, organised friendly hands then DO NOT DO THIS! Waste of time, money and suncream... *sigh*

To whom it may concern My review based on very real and shameful facts: 1- I was left in some hurry on a beach 2- (un)furtunatelly found myself next group from same agenci 3- brutally bounced on 1st plarforme, clerck even tried to yelling on me 4- lil less brutally bounced on 2nd platforme 5- isolated in some "royally" restaurante 6- bounced from tripleadear by snorkeling 7- given writing complaine in agency office - didn't get any answer, excuse, money, ... 8- with "someone" who is protecting such shameful "business" obviously hurted some "independent" advisers agencies. Yes, I am almost 70 yo, have problem with walking becouse of wound on my right heel, but I was scuba diver, still active swimmer, only, noone wont even heard about it! Please don't spamming my mail with any post anymore!

We booked a tour from harry potter tour at soi 1 opposite to markland We took a package of activities from 10 to 2 pm. Parasailing, underwater walk banana boat jetski I asked a couple of questions on the tour.. food..activity and so on.. I asked specifically how long will each activity take... harry said 10 to 15 mins each.. So we left for the tour at 10am. Then the horror starts.... We were taken to a fixed barge just 5 mins off pattaya beach. We were yelled and screamed at for no freaking reason. Every single instructions was being yelled at... We r not deaf.. we understand English.. so wt* ? We waited 20 freaking minutes to get on the parasail which lasted for 2 mins. Being pushed and shoved to stay in line in the hot sun like in a detention camp. Seriously wt*? We were very disappointed The same thing went on for all the activities Jetski 5 mins... banana boat 2 mins.. Only Underwater walking was about 15 mins.. By the time we did the jetski....we lost our holiday mood.. Such a beautiful island.. clean beach and white sands.. We jus couldn't enjoy it mood spoiled by these ppl. We were told buffet for all.. i asked it is like the one in phi phi? He sed yes.. all buffet for lunch.. i even asked about drinks... he replied.. how can they provide buffet without drinks... On the boat they asked wat food we wanted.. we sed thai food. And upon arriving on the island she says thai food is set menu no buffet As we were eating we were told pay for our drinks.. Overall.. Island was perfect.. Too crowded Sea king tour fkd it up for us Food was a let down. We went back to the tour guy.. harry. He says all of the tours do the same.. they treat indians like crap. So i sed good for you.. you are gonna loose many customers. Jus get the transfer deal.. to the island then go around doing what u feel like..

I am visiting Pattaya for the fifth time since 2003. Arrogance of locals are at its peak today and treat every Indian as if they are a refugee visiting to have food and shelter. It is disgusting and many are forgiving because of large heart...
