Yet again Giles and his team at Pattaya yacht charters proved they are the ONLY charter company to use . On board the 65ft ambition , we had a great time . The yacht was great , food was great and service well , above expectations . This was an especially important trip as it a post lock down , post end of school , and pre university shin dig for my daughter and her friends. This after last years blow out tour on the spy 75 cat to a private beach with ready to go sea sports activities , freshly cooked food , bar and DJ on the beach , All arranged by Giles ( their first event I believe ). I stress again , if you want a safe pair of hands take you or your loved ones on a yacht , Giles and his team are the only choice

I booked this boat trip for a surprise for my young son also inviting a few close friends, The yacht was incredible and certainly had the wow factor, service on board was amazing staff that went above and beyond to look after everyone. My son happily spent the day fishing and staff would take him off on the speed boat to take him to the best spots. We visited a few islands and some swam in the crystal blue see, I myself stayed on board and enjoyed the great food that was prepared for us and thoroughly enjoyed the day I will definitely be booking again soon.

Early this month, I and 10 friends rend a yacht named Ambition which was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the sea breeze along with the Sun. The boat was nice and fantastic. Espectialy the staffs on board were so friendly and professional.

Booked Tai Pan party yacht for our group. After receiving payment from me, I was informed that tai pan is no longer available. Switched to a much smaller, not so luxurious party boat on same rates. I was informed about free availability of snorkelling equipment on the boat but he didn't inform that the beach where we were taken had no corals. He even charged extra 1500 Thb for damage to a snorkelling fin. For vegetarians what he promised was nowhere near. I personally feel that this experience can be more pleasurable if the guy is more transparent in his dealings.
On the positive side, boats are well maintained. There was Free flow of soft drinks, cookies and chips.

We are sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your charter experience. It was unfortunate that due to the delay in the deposit being forwarded onto us with 73 emails passing back and forth and the fact that we received the deposit over one month after the initial emails began that Tai Pan was reserved in the meantime. We received payment from the deposit request on September 28th 2016 despite it being originally sent to you on August 29th 2016. It was previously explained that our company policy is that we are unable to reserve any vessel without a deposit in place.
In order to accommodate you on the day you requested we offered you other vessels that were equally or more luxurious than your original choice. In addition to compensate you in someway for the inconvenience caused and to soothe your dissatisfaction that we had not reserved the boat for you with no deposit being paid (as per our and every yacht charterers policies worldwide) you were provided with a case of complimentary Heineken beer which you gratefully accepted.
In response to your comments about the Indian vegetarian food which was provided was indeed inline with your specific e-mail instructions of 1st October 2016 and all of your special requests were met. One of the many things that sets Pattaya Yacht Charters far above any other marine charter operator here in Pattaya is the quality of the cuisine we provide on-board however again we have to work to clients budgets and requests. We are glad you were happy with the free flow of soft drinks, cookies and chips.
Finally the reason for you not being able to see many coral reefs whilst snorkeling was because you were a party of mainly non-swimmers and with there being relatively strong currents on the day of your charter and after consulting with you it was decided that we move to a beach where it was a safer environment overall. Unfortunately you decided on just a four hour charter against my advice of an 8 hour full day charter that would allow enough time for all 42 guests various desires and wants to be completely satisfied.
As for the damage charge 1,500 THB for breaking the snorkeling fin. Again this is company policy that if customers damage equipment they will be charged in order that we can keep up the excellent level of equipment that we provide to our customers.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review and I hope that it will also be beneficial to TripAdvisor readers.

Carey Archer is the man in Pattaya running this charter company. You island hop for 8hrs snorkel water ski and sun bath on uninhabited islands. Lunch and snack are prepared for you on beach and boat. The best day of the week. Call him.

We took a motor catamaran out to sea along with a couple of jetskis and our group of 30 had a great experience. The crew was super helpful and there were activities for everyone: Snorkelling, fishing, jetskiing or just plain old 'chilling on the boat'. Good half day experience if you are looking for something out at sea.

My family hired a boat called "Ice Breaker" which is an amazing 2 deck party boat! It's got a large shaded area, excellent sound system, full bbq and good bathrooms. The service is excellent and the food was great! Overall i would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury, VIP sea adventure!

I took this trip simply out of being bored of sitting in Pattaya for two weeks. This was a very nice trip to some of the local islands with beautiful water and great snorkeling. Monkey Island was also interesting if you're into macaques.

Decided to book a boat trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday, and what a great idea it was. Email correspondence was quick and efficient, arrival and transfer to the boat was seamless, and the trip itself was fantastic.
We were 4 adults and 2 little kids, so we booked the luxury speedboat Coca Cola. The boat was spotless, very comfortable and well maintained, and the crew were very accomodating to all of us, particularly taking care of our little ones. Food was great, equipment for snorkeling provided, and the itinerary totally up to us, though to be honest, when we came across a deserted bay we pretty much decided to stay there the whole time! We had originally booked the 4 hour trip but decided to extend to 8 hours as we were really enjoying ourselves.

A group of 6 of us decided to charter a sailing yacht for the day. On arriving at the marina where we were greeted by friendly staff and taken to the yacht. We then boarded Constanza, which was neat and tidy with everything we needed already prepared and in place. During the day the staff and crew on board could not do enough for us. A fantastic time was had by all with the whole day tailored to meet our needs and requirements. All this was topped off with first class service and a delicious lunch of which there was plenty.
I will certainly be using Pattaya Yacht Charters again and highly recommend that anyone who wants to charter a boat to use them too.

hi my two sons and me would like a small boat that can go for snorkling, beach and maybe fishing tril. lets say for 4-5 hours.

We booked O'Lina party boat . Our group was around 35 and I would recommend . They had very friendly crew and food was surprisingly nice. They show around islands and will stop for snorkelling . Decent price as well
