We spent a morning visiting all the temples and shopping places, good way to see everything if only a small stay in Bangkok.

Company no longer offers services in Pattaya, only in Chiang Mai. It would be nice for them to update any type of information regarding this change.

be sure to call them before your travel and ask inquiries as they do not dare to answer on emails. do not hope so much because when u get there at ticketing office, the agent is a ladyboy in royal garden plaza, saying hello, good morning to him, over and over as if he has nothing to see even if you are just right in front of him, (we even woke up early to get there at 8:30 to catch green loop at 9am), but said NO GREEN LOOP available, that's all, wont even accomodate you like maybe try other ticketing office... so poor(even if they advertise on website that you can buy anytime at any ticketing office of even on the bus itself when u hop on), i was so dissappointed.

There is good and bad about this service, but at the end of the day I am glad we hopped on the bus, thanks to our tour guide Dune/June (not sure of the correct spelling of his name) and the girl at the counter who couldn't be friendlier or more helpful if she tried. We saw the hop on hop off bus when we went to the Garden Plaza and Ripleys Believe It Or Not and decided to purchase some tickets for a week, based on the flyer and a look at their website, but this information was not accurate at the time we were there, mid January 2014. The website states that there are three loops you can take with one ticket, ie the main loop in Pattaya, the green loop which takes in the best sight in Pattaya, Nong Nooch Gardens and a loop that takes in the zoos, and that you can hop on hop off as you like, just like other hop on hop off buses in Europe, but this is not the case – the only loop operating at the time was the main loop and does not take in the zoo or green loops at all. Firstly I recommend that you purchase tickets from a booth at Royal Garden Plaza so the bus knows you are waiting for it, don't go to one of the advertised stops as you may not even see the bus. There are not any hop on hop off bus stop signs like there are in Europe. After speaking to the great staff at the desk we decided to do two days instead of 7. You cannot sit on the bus and do a loop and listen to the recorded message and just hop off if something appeals like. On this hop on hop off service you do get a tour guide called June who really is fantastic and has a great personality, he is better than a recorded message and headphones by far, you can ask him anything about the place and he is sure to be able to help. He knows Pattaya very well and so knows what is worth visiting and also what spots are not worthwhile. He explains the sights and we stopped at the best ones during our two days. The bus waits and so you have a set time at each stop, which means that you have to watch the clock which is not what you want to be doing on holidays, and the time allowed wasn't usually enough so what we did see was in a rush and we did not see any place in its entirety, but it was a plus that we skipped things that were not good and visited a great attraction which we would not have seen otherwise. On the 2nd day we asked to stop at certain places and they fitted us in happily which was great so they do have some flexibility so speak to your guide if there are things that you really want to see. The buses are comfortable and air conditioned. Unfortunately the bus did break down on the 2nd day while they were taking us to a different destination to the rest of the group. June was great though, he quickly organised a tuk tuk taxi ride for us (our first - and we did not have to pay), came with us to our destination and by the time we had to leave he was there in another bus waiting so the bus breaking down was more of an adventure than a problem – this guy makes the business, I am sure it wouldn't be as good without him.

499 bath for a day tour to Floating Market, Mimosa, Big Buddha Hill, Mini Siam, Art in Paradise and Underwater World. Better than you take private taxi or song teaw, they might just charge you for 3-500 bath just for 1 way to go to the Floating Market.
