The event management was professional. However the apparatus being used was not so well stored. The storage of the equipment as well as the usage of the equipment, both are of equal importance. The first impression is the storage. Customers get a confidence in the sport if the equipment is brought out well maintained.

A very thrilling experience.. Very safe.. Worth the money u spend it for the jump.. Breath stopping experience.. But the photography and video graphy is not worthy.. It's like some kid taking ur photos and video.. If the photography and video be improvised it would be good.. The pics I uploaded are taken by my friend from the mobile..

Keep in mind this is the first review I have ever written about a company. I paid for my human slingshot online through their website that did not disclose weight restrictions. After arriving to the place quite excited I am told that 100 kilos is too heavy and they would not allow me to do it. They refused to give me a refund and instead tried to upsell me to the bungy jumping with no sort of compassion or customer service provided. Since I have already done bungee jumping it did not make sense. Management seems unprofessional and couldn't care less about customer experience. Would not recommend

Thank you for your review and I appreciate having the opportunity to respond, especially as it was me who personally spoke with you on your visit.
To clarify though, you did not book directly through our website, you booked through a third party overseas re-sellers site. You are however absolutely correct, that for the Human Slingshot we have a weight limit of 100Kgs (Bungy is 150Kgs) The 100Kg weight limit is there for your safety and this is something that we will not ever compromise on (you weight was actually 103Kg) there is absolutely no discretion at all with the weight limits, if you are over weight then you simply can not do the activity and I am sure you agree that it would be irresponsible for us to have let you do the activity (please note, we also have restrictions for medical conditions, pregnancy etc). All of these requirements are extremely clear on our website and also on every single third party site or agency selling our activities.
Ok, so why did we "refuse the refund"? Well, let me once again try and explain this to you. When you book through an overseas third party website the price charged for the activity is charged in the currency local to where you reside, when you pay by card, there are processing fees and agencies also charge a processing fee, each booking website also has there own terms and conditions. Finally, most agencies pay us monthly in arrears to allow them to refund customers who wish to cancel or who are unable to partake in an activity.
If you had booked via our website, then for sure we can provide an immediate refund (actually booking directly with us you can choose to just pay cash on arrival) but when you book via an overseas company I hope you understand from the above that the refund must come directly from the company you booked with.
YOU did ask us if you could change activity and do a bungy jump instead. It is absolutely no problem if guests wish to change activity and all we asked is for you to pay the difference in price between the two activities. Unfortunately, you felt that we should be letting you do the Bungy Jump for free despite the fact it is a significantly more expensive activity (followed by threats of bad reviews on TA, Social media etc)
If this still does not make sense to you, let me give you another analogy to assist. If you purchased a Sony TV from your local electronics store, got it home and then decided that it was too big for the room, what would you do? Would you really call Sony and expect them to directly give you a refund? Would you ask Sony to change the TV for one of a much higher price at no additional cost? Do you really think, that the price you paid for the TV at the electronics store is the same amount of money that the electronics store paid to Sony?
One final note, that again you forgot to mention in your review was that whilst you were here with us I called the overseas agency that you booked through and explained to them that you were too heavy to participate and they agreed to provide you with a full refund back to your sister (who made the actual booking) so we assisted you in getting the conclusion required.
I am sorry that you were not able to participate in the Human Slingshot, it really is a fun activity maybe next time when you are in town if you lose a few Kg you will be able to give it a try.

Just returned to my hotel ... didn't jump.
This was my first time I ever attempted to bungy jump. Yesterday I went zip lining at flight of the gibbon which was amazing !
The review is a little long but I believe it will help a lot of first timers.
Booking was easy ... just had to SMS my name, date, time, hotel. Driver was on time (2nd Jan. 10am) and we reached within 15 mins. I was then asked to fill out the form and put all my belongings in a plastic bag. No locker provided. They even asked me to remove my glasses. Paid 2200 baht (jump and pictures). My weight was taken and I proceeded towards the lift where they started strapping my feet.
Till this very moment no instructions were given. It was a single harness strapped onto my legs. Before going up I was asked to write my name on a sheet which had my weight on it. I quickly went through the sheet which had details of previous jumpers. I was the only one in triple digits (113 kg). This created a little doubt in my mind. Having just gone zip lining the other day where they completely strap you on with proper harnesses and safety equipment, I was a little worried about a single rope strapped on to my legs.
While going up the staff member kept taking pictures of me. We reached 60 metres high, I was asked to stand up and waddle towards the edge and then told to jump.
Once again this was my first time experience ... No instructions were given. All I was told was to keep my arms open while falling.
While at the edge I wanted to take in the awesome breeze and view but I was constantly being told to jump and was also "offered" a push if needed. I asked the staff member to just give me a minute or two. Ten seconds later I'm being told to get on with it and that they had other customers waiting downstairs to jump. I was even reminded of the no jump no refund policy. I asked the staff member to wait, to which he made a pissed off face and sat down. Ten to twenty seconds later I was being pulled back and the staff member was shouting out to the other staff to lower the lift.
Yes while on the ledge my heart was probably skipping a beat ... But that's the whole thrill of the experience. While up there, I just wanted to sink everything in and enjoy the moment but I was constantly being pressured to jump ... being told other customers were waiting kinda ticked me off a bit as well.
While coming down the staff member told me that I wasted too much time thinking and that I should have just jumped as soon as we reached the top.
The straps were then removed and I walked back to the bar/reception. I thought I'd down a cold one, have a smoke and watch someone else jump and then give it a second attempt by paying another 1000 baht. Before I could get to any of that I was told to head back to the van and leave. I mentioned to the staff member that I wanted to sit for a bit to which he replied that I would have to go back on my own since they had other customers to pick up. Hearing that I just decided to leave. I was handed my belongings and given my CD. Yes photos of me going up lift. 15 minutes minutes later and I'm back at my Hotel.
Bottom line the staff/management was all about the money. Nobody gave me any sort of advice or even asked if I had jumped before. I wasn't even encouraged to give it another attempt.

We are sorry that you did not have a good time with us. We did however try and do everything within our power to give you a fantastic jump.
To answer the specific points you make in your review:
The reason we ask you to take off your glasses and ensure your pockets are empty is because when byngy jumping, you are upside down for some time and there is a very high likely hood of everything falling out of your pockets and certainly your glasses would fall off.
As is standard practice for bungy jumping, the bungy cord is strapped to your legs, this is the same method used around the world and has worked well for us here for over 50,000 jumpers over the past 25 years.
We regularly do tandem jumps with a combined weight of over 150Kg, it is true though that most of our customers are under 100Kg but there should be no concerns with larger people - I myself am 120Kg.
I appreciate that you feel you weren't given long enough to jump, but you also have to understand that with no advance booking and your insistence that you had to "jump today" we did our best to squeeze you in to a very busy day. Having looked at the time stamps from the photos, the time between the first and last photos was nearly 10 minutes, given the crane takes 1:45 minutes to get up there that should have left you with more than enough time to enjoy the view and jump as well. You were given the opportunity to stay at the bungy jump and relax at the bar - but with other customers waiting to be picked up we would not have been able to extend free transport back to your hotel if you wanted to wait around - I am sure you understand that we have to keep all of our customers happy and collect all of our customers on time.
When you are back in Pattaya, please drop us an email, we would love to have you have another go at jumping with us.

we had been to this place in aug 2011.. cud not write a review then as this property was not listed.
we found them to be unfriendly except one guy who was the senior there. They wud not answer questions and wud not even smile... it was like" if u want u do it, anyway we will not refund the money taken"
my hubby had not told that he wanted a dip in water but when he jumped the ropes length was such that half his body went inside the water and cos this inverted position, teh water went straight into his head and made him uncomfortable... i had a feeling taht they miscalculated teh length of the rope...for 2 days he was very uncomfortable cos of this.
the bungee experience as such is an experience ofa lifetime... like its good. it wud have been better if he was not immersed in the water.. the location is far away from teh main town area.
wud like the people there to be more friendly ...

Fun experience and nice staff in general, but grounds are rundown and a mess to look at. The owner (I think) working the register was less than friendly when it came to talking money and wouldn't even give me a free water after I jumped. The price is a lot and since it was my first jump, I got the go-pro video for an extra $20.....it didn't even record sound.
If you can get there, the bungee jump in Ko Samui is much nicer, cheaper and friendlier.

Hi Abdi,
We love reviews as there is always something we can learn from and improve on. However, there is really very little I can say in this instance as you have reviewed the wrong place! We are Pattaya Bungy Jump.
Our pricing is very clear and includes a High definition video taken from 4 cameras (two on the ground and two at the top of the crane), full jumpers insurance as well as a certificate of courage, we also ensure ALL our jumpers wear both a FULL BODY HARNESS AND LEG RESTRAINTS. Our videos are available for immediate electronic download from YouTube.
There are never ever any additional charges and we have kept the same prices now for over two years.

They charged me 2200 THB. On the web site they have mentioned Photos, videos, T-Shirt at 2200 THB but did not gave me any T-Shirt. Seems they are misguiding the people with there rates on web site.

Thanks for your review. Hopefully I can answer your questions and also help provide clarity to others booking their bungy jump.
On our website we have various special packages available, these are where you will always find the best prices and are only available if you book in advance on the site.
If you arrive unannounced by taxi for example or if you make a booking via one of our agents then these special packages will not be available simply because we have to pay commission. If you book direct on the website, we don't have to pay commission so you get a better price.

kind of a random question. but what would one suggest. bungee jumping skydiving if I'm in Thailand, pattaya
Written October 18, 2016
It really depends on you, both are extreme activities but the thrill is different. For bungy jumping it is much more of a psychological thing. It is whether you can face your your fears and make the decision to jump your self. Many people find bungy jumping harder because it is your decision. With sky diving or amusement rides, once you are strapped in you have little choice!
Skydiving is more expensive, it is 10990 baht per person, whereas Bungy is 2500 (inc video etc). You could always do both :)
Written October 19, 2016
whether there are restrictions on jumps (height, weight, age, etc.)?
Written October 13, 2016
For Bungy Jumping, you must be in good health, a minimum of 40kg and a maximum of 150Kg. For the Human Slingshot, the minimum weight is 40Kg and the Maximum weight is 100Kg.
If you are under 16 then you also need parental or guardians consent.
Please also bare in mind that certain medical conditions will also exclude you from jumping. Please see our website for more details.
Thanks

is it required to book or we can "check in" on the location? thank you!
Written September 30, 2016
It's definitely better to book, some days we get very busy. Also if you want free transport from your Pattaya hotel then you must book in advance.
Hope this helps
