Security is excellent at Terminal 21. I left my iPhone on motor scooter by mistake in the parking lot and when I realized iPhone was gone I had already left Terminal 21 by over an hour. My hotel called Terminal 21 and explained and what happened. I confirmed my identity and Terminal 21 showed me security photos of my motor scooter with iPhone left on motor scooter then returned iPhone to me. The security didn’t want my iPhone to fall into hands of criminals and accomplished their goal of returning iPhone to only me. Thank you to Terminal 21 security and specifically Tep. Jim Kurata

Shopping malls are usually the last thing on my "to do" list in any city, but I found Terminal 21 quite interesting -- not for the shopping, but for the concept. With the big airliner soaring in front of the building, and each floor designed in line with a particular major world city, the mall is cleverly developed. The escalators and entrances are also cleverly marked as "gates" as if at an airport. Lots of Instagram photo opts!

Absolutely superb and stunning theme based mall. Designed and decorated in a way that each floor represents a different country. There is Eiffel Tower on the Paris Floor, the famous Red-colored Telephone Box on the London floor. Lots of international brands with heavy discounts. The only issue is its early closing time of 10 PM, which is quite early considering its in Pattaya. Overall, it can be a small memorable trip to many landmarks of the world.

This is one of the best shopping malls you can have in Pattaya. While you enjoy shopping you can also enjoy good food there. You can also go to watch movie in the big screen. It has various kinds of items you can shop for. Sometimes sales are going on. I loved my time wirh friends and family there.

Really cool mall with themed floors (Italy, France, US, etc.). All the bathrooms each had a theme too. Really fun place with lots of shops and little mini markets inside. Great place to go during the day when it's too hot.

This is a mid range shopping centre with an airport theme run by the same company as the one that owns the eponymous mall in Bangkok. The place looks brand new with lots of mainly high street shops, but also small loca .shops on the upper floors. The Japan, Italy, San Francisco and United Kingdom themes really stand out with scale models of landmarks from those places. There's almost as many eateries as there are shops. Sadly I never saw a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, although it’s possible to find something.

Huge mall, multibrands outlets, lots of options to choose from. What attracts me is Thai village and food court where you can have the flavour of local cuisine and local handcraft. Worth spending time over here.

Terminal 21 is a mall with the concept of a different country on each of the floors. We went to both , the one at Bangkok & Pattaya. We liked the one in Pattaya more. Other than the experience and the feel of the mall, the Food court floor was the absolute favourite. You need to buy a card and then you can choose/buy from more than a hundred different items. Very convenient and you avoid the hassle of going to different street food or restaurants. You get the authentic taste and quick service

I absolutely loved the malls of Thailand and this one was one of them. It can be pretty hot and humid especially during afternoons and such beautiful malls are the best to spend some good time. I really liked the theme of this mall with various floors dedicated to different cities. There are many places to shop and eat from plus there are some activities as well.

Short stroll from my hotel, flanked by two aircraft along the main road. Each floor is designed with the allocated city in mind including Paris, Tokyo, London, San Francisco then it goes to ‘Italy’. Great place to escape the heat and they have great food markets as well as many restaurants. Amenities are great and clean too! Even a cabaret show this afternoon
