The driver Opor, operating a Fortuner, was waiting for us at the airport as arranged. The ride to Pattaya was smooth, and we found the service to be excellent. The convenience of having a reliable taxi waiting for us upon arrival made the beginning of our trip stress-free. The vehicle was comfortable, and the driver was courteous and professional throughout the journey. NamsTaxi confirmed the trip via email after I agreed to an upsell of two sedan classes (needed a sedan S but they said they only had L). 48 hours later I emailed to confirm pick up details and they suddenly cancelled with no explanation.
After prodding them further their reasoning was that a new staffer made the reservation and didn’t check the schedule. They also then went on to say they quoted me the wrong price of 1500 baht for sedan L when it should be 1700.
They offered no solutions aside from pay the premium and leave 4 hours before my departure. Seems like I’m not the only one this has happened to so buyer beware - you’d expect better reliability for the price. You might as well take a grab instead for the same price.

I always use Nams taxi when I visit Pattaya, they are efficient and safe. All the drivers are women, they make sure that they are on time to pick you up and don't make stops for petrol while they transport you. They are also willing to stop at some point on the road if you request it.

Used them from Sukhumvit airport to Pattaya and back, excellent service highly recommended. Received emails confirmation of the bookings and day before pick up another conformation with driver contact details with photo and picture of the car, very impressed. On both trips the cars were luxury and very comfortable.

Wonderful service, on time/ early both times at airport for pickup and hotel for return to airport. You have several choices of vehicle very reasonably priced. Current rates may be viewed at namstaxiladydrivers.com, as well the information if you want to reserve a taxi. Most importantly to me is they are very safe drivers, traffic is crazy there and never felt uncomfortable.

Great service, good cars , professional drivers.
I have used Nams taxi service several times on this trip and cannot fault the service.
Reasonable rates and no arguing about the fare unlike most regular taxis.
Cannot recommend highly enough and they will be my go to taxi service from now on.

I used Nam's Lady Taxi drivers twice recently. The first trip was from Bangkok city to Pattaya City, the second from Pattaya City to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
My drivers were Tammy and Noina.
Both trips were excellent, good careful drivers, arrived early or on time. Cars were very clean and tidy.
Great communication prior to each journey , with Photo of driver, car, car rego all provided. Quick acknowledgement of booking.
Nam’s Lady Taxi drivers just became my go to transport when in Thailand.

I used Nam's Taxi Service a few times during my last trip. Once from Bangkok to Pattaya, once from Pattaya back to Bangkok, and finally for Bangkok to BKK airport. Response was quick and prices were reasonable. The drivers arrived promptly or early every single time. Vehicles were clean and drivers were friendly and safe. Highly recommend.

I used nam lady taxi lots of times for a guess the chap who gave 1 star is a disgrace, for a guess he wanted to put 10 people in a 4 seater car. I never had any problems what so ever with nams. She responds bye e mail or line. I tell her what car I need and there is no problem.. nam use to be a little more expensive than the others but I did mot mind paying the extra as it helps out single mothers, her prices are now in line with her competitors. 1000 bht from bkk to pattaya including tolls is excellent value. They very professional and never had a bad driver too, when I back in September she get 3 more booking off me..

I hired a taxi online to take me to the BKK Airport at 2 am
They sent me a LOT of good info about who my driver would be The type of car and license plate number. The driver was 25 minutes early and so was I so we made great time getting to the Airport. I was very happy and will use Nam's Taxi service again!!
