    Safe, reliable and excellent personal service
    As a solo traveller I was wary of taking a normal taxi from Bangkok airport to another destination in Thailand (Pattaya). Therefore I approached Joe following his TripAdviser ratings/reviews and really glad that I did! Joe was easily contactable via WhatApp or Line - where I was able to book in advance a taxi to pick me up from the airport upon arrival. His fares are competitively priced, and the having used them twice during my trip (used their service for return trip to airport), I can confirm that his drivers are courteous and efficient. Joe himself is a polite and warm person - who touched basis with myself at multiple points to ensure my journeys ran smoothly and cannot highly recommend him enough! Thank you again Joe for your service and I will be definitely be using you again for any future trips!

    Excellent service
    I cannot speak highly enough of Joe Taxi Thai service. I went from Bangkok airport to Pattaya and return. My emails were replied within a matter of only a few hours, cars were exceptionally clean, with very courteous drivers who were always early. Prices were very reasonable, especially taking into consideration the service offered. I would highly recommend this service if you are in Thailand.

    Only way to travel if your budget allows it!
    The driver was professional and the luxury option I took was well worth the 100 baht additional charge. The driver had a water already for my journey from Pattaya to Bangkok. After a previous experience with a mini bus journey from Koh Chang to Pattaya I was not willing to endure this type of travel again. If your budget allows for a private taxi I would 100% recommend Joe taxi service and the detailed service they provide.

Joe, the best, #1 for SERVICE

Have contacted Joe three times for his service. The first 2 went flawlessly as planned! On time, eye for detail, interactive, accomodating to requests to the best of his abilities, and the best of all, very interactive and POLITE!

The third time was a little glitched as i caused him some trouble by cancelling and re-booking again. I thought in my heart, OMG, I'm going to be giving him so much trouble :( but Joe was so helpful and accomodating that he managed to help me get my transport earlier than i expected. 10 thumbs up for JOE!!

Would definitely recommend anyone who requires a taxi service to get in touch with Joe.

Mr. Joe is the man!

Mr. Joe's Taxi Service drove me and my family all over Thailand. From Pattaya to Nakhon Ratchasima, from Nakhon Ratchasima to Khao Yai National Park, from Khao Yai to Pattaya, from Pattaya to Bangkok, back to Pattaya, and back to Bangkok. His drivers were always on time, always professional, and always a comfortable van. He responds quickly to messages on the Line messaging app and he can speak English rather well. In the past I would have to get somebody to translate for me when reserving a van to take me to a different part of Thailand. It was nice to be able to communicate with the business by myself.

He has everything from a small car to a van that can seat at least 8 people. We always took a van because we had a minimum of three people every trip and a LOT of suitcases.

I kept his contact information and will be using him in the future.

Excellent service every time

We booked Joe Taxi Thai to pick us up on arrival in BKK airport to take us to our hotel in Bangkok, then a few days later to take us to Pattaya, and a third time to take us back to BKK airport from Pattaya.

I made the initial enquiry by email, which was answered promptly and confirmed prices as displayed on the website. We then communicated using WhatsApp.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe's services again. He always confirmed the details of each trip again the day before travel, and when we wanted to change our pick up time for one trip, that was no problem either. The drivers all arrived well before agreed time, and were polite and friendly. They took a photo of us each time which was sent to Joe to confirm the pick up.

Cars were comfortable and we were provided with a bottle of water each for the journey.

All in all an excellent and reliable service, highly recommended. Thank you Joe!

Reliable, Prompt, Punctual, Top notch service

We made use of Joe's service 3 times during our trip. From BKK Airport to Pattaya, Pattaya to Hua Hin and Hua Hin to BKK. Bookings were all smooth and Joe was super responsive. Drivers arrived on time and prices were always quoted in advance. Reality and punctuality guaranteed. Will use again when next in Thailand.

Fantastic service & Top Notch Communications

This has to be the best taxi service in the Kingdom. We needed a taxi from Koh Samui to BKK as the government stopped all domestic flights and my daughter had an international flight to catch...............................This was a 1000KM trip and they send a cab all the way down to the ferry terminal Donsac and drove 10 hours straight to BKK arriving at 4am. Unbelievable service, courteous, prompt and excellent value and the communications was just first rate, just what you need when you have a plane to catch and a young lady travelling by herself. They updated pictures of the taxi they were using, the driver, his ID, just everything, they really inspired confidence in the customer............................I cannot recommend enough, thanks Joe Taxi.............................

The best service of all those I've used

I have used many different taxi and transport services since I started coming to Thailand in 2004, and now I can truthfully say that Joe's has been the very best. My wife (Thai) and I used Joe's twice recently for trips we needed to make between Chonburi and Bangkok. The service both times was outstanding: great vehicles, great drivers (Joe himself was our driver on our 2nd trip), and always on time. His prices are also very fair, especially when you consider the quality of the service he provides.

Joe -- You will be getting messages from us on LINE for my next trip, too!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy my airport pick up at BKK airport was. I found the driver, who held a board with my name, very easily. My case was then carried to the air conditioned taxi and I was taken directly to my holiday apartment without fuss or drama. The driver was polite and drive at a safe speed. I have friends who travel to Thailand regularly and I will definitely be recommending Joe’s Taxi. The cost was very cheap as well so I’ll happily give a 5 star rating for a good job well done.

Excellent services at a very reasonable price

This is our first trip to Bangkok and Pattaya as a family with our daughters. Joe has provided excellent services for our family, from picking up from airport and then taken us for 3days trips in Bangkok and Pattaya. He knows lots of short cuts to make our trip efficients. He speaks good english,recommends good food, and always helpful for anything that we need. Unexpectedly, Joe accompanied us during our trips to various attractions, merely like a tour guide for us. Not only great services that he provided, Joe drives a very nice SUV. Overall, we had a great time in Thailand. Thank you so much Joe!

We used Joe Taxi in a recent visit to Thailand with great success.
The service provided is outstanding and I would be pleased to recommend this business to anybody that is actually considering a holiday in Thailand. Joe arranged three trips for us. All were very successful with nice careful drivers that got us to our destination safely and on time, I was particularly pleased for my last journey which picked me up from a hotel at 5 o’clock in the morning and dropped me at BKK airport.
Obviously I would’ve been quite depressed had the taxi not turned up, but everything was excellent. Fantastic business and I will use again.

Transport from Airport to Pattaya

Excellent service, from pick up (where the driver to a picture to confirm pick up) at the airport and from Pattaya to the airport. Both drivers drive a safe speed and the cars were in good condition. The might be more expensive then Mr T taxi but they are safer. The same prices as Nams taxi but are more reliable .
