Bought a Peridot pendant and a pair of matching ear rings. The prices are too high. They converted pressing type ear ring to threaded one based on our request, but when we came back and tried, the thread is not proper. Not a good experience.

Visited yesterday to purchase a ring for my girlfriend. I was surprised how expensive this shop is. I had visited several gold shops prior to going and believe they are 20-30% cheaper than the Gems Gallery. Very good selection but not cheap. I purchased a ring elsewhere.

Hello I have purchased a pendant from salesperson August after negotiating and thought ia buying a good product . When u shoed to my jweller here he says the price charged to me almost double. I think this type of business is not good and they claim to be no 1 quality . How can u help me in this matter . I have been fooled now by trusting and buying from them the pendant worth 35000 bhat

Please understand that the value of a stone largely depend on the quality. We are confident to say that we use the top quality. However, the valuation by some jeweller might not reflect the true value of the item as personal opinion could be involved in the judgment.
To be more precise about the value, you may try making comparisons with the similar items being sold at other jewelry shops with identical quality (stone color and clarity). By doing so, you could learn that our price is reasonable and competitive.

Most amazing concept to revive conventional business by doing content marketing and get it align with tourism. Immaculate environment, innovative infrastructure and small train to tour the history of Thai mining process, showcasing end to end process from raw stone to finished goods.

Courteous staff, speaking different languages, like English, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. A sales girl would accompany visitors just after ride, so that they can purchase gem-related jewellery or items. Credit card is accepted with the passport. They’re providing 10% discount on purchase to the tourists. People can also get tax refund at the air port.

They also have shops selling other products like soaps, jwellery, crockery, honey, balm, clothes etc outside the Gems Gallery. There’s also a cafe named, Di Bosco’s Cafe and clean and hygienic washrooms.

We were courteously and loving attended by their sales head Miss Nasa, she helped us in choosing the gems. I had bought, gems like Ruby & Zade, Balm, Soaps etc. We visited here during our recent visit to Pattaya, Thailand. Our experience was wonderful and would love to visit again.

When I arrived at the Gallery a coach load of people had just arrived. The parking attendants guided my taxi quickly to the parking spot. I was helped by a staff member so that I was not held up by the coach party. Inside I was helped very patiently by a knowledgable young lady, Tunchanok

Ring scraped / damaged already after purchasing only 3 weeks ago. Supposed to be silver but outside of ring looks very damaged - not what I’d expect and was told it would be ok for every day wear.

I purchased a black star sapphire and cubic zirconia ring in February, and Unfortunately after only wearing the ring a few times, the stone has fallen out.
I have contacted The Gems Gallery on numerous occasions, hoping to get a replacement or refund, but as of today, they have not come to an agreement.
I am very disappointed, as the ring was to be a token of happy memories of my holiday there, and is suppose to have a lifetime guarantee!
Be warned, before you purchase anything there, and do not buy anything which is very expensive.

My mother bought a ruby years ago from you and in the warranty you said it was a ruby but recently we went to our local gems certification, it was certified as a sapphire and worse it was heat treated. Please explain.

I only went there as a tourist . Golden rule of buying anything abroad - buy at your own risk - it’s not like “goods can be returned within 14 days with a full refund “. The flights may alone cost you hundreds of pounds depending where you live .

I highly recommend, Noong Nok Gardens they are magical not only for adults, but for children as well.
The Tiffany show is just unbelievable, nd of course not forgetting the new shopping centr, Terminal 21.
There are many things to do do in Pattaya.

Depending on which Hotel you are staying at, if you introduce yourself to the representative at the tour desk ( normally near the foyer) they will arrange a care from the gallery to pick you up, and they also return you to the Hotel.

I have purchased a piece of yellow topaz citrine on 13 th august 16 from world gems gallery pattaya and when i back to India i found that it was broken in two pieces, now what I can do, whether they can change or they can refund my money what will be the remedy. It is more than 3 carets and prize is 4500 bath. pls advise me.

Hi, i doubt if they will change as they must have packed it right in front of you. But anyways you will have to make a trip back to Thailand to get it replaced(which is highly unlikely to happen). Even if you do make a trip back , They will tell you that it got damaged because of mishandling in transit.
I would urge you to let it go...forget about it .
