- himanshu sNew Delhi, India15 contributionsBest Frozen WorldFrom the outside, you won't get the basic idea of what all you will get to see inside. They have created a small but beautiful Ice World Inside. It is all frozen and you would need Overcoat, and boots that they provide at a fixed cost, what I recommend is carrying your own woolen socks and Gloves if you want to stay inside for a longer duration. You can prebook the tickets on Klook to save on some money. it is located a bit outside Pattaya, so you would need to spend INR 1200-1400 for the cab for both sides. The ice slides are the best part, also the fresh Snow fall effect is excellent, don't miss on these things. You won't last very long inside, but best part is, they would let you re-enter and experience it againVisited June 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 24, 2024
- Bhakti A52 contributionsA must-visit place for one-time experience of being in -15 degreesVery good experience for kids and adults, you will need approxmiately 30 mins inside (cannot stay longer as its -15 degrees) but quite well made. Lot of photo ops and a free drink in an ice glass not to be missed. They charge additional 90 baht for shoes and 60 for hand gloves. Do include this in your Thailand itinerary.Visited December 2024Traveled with familyWritten December 28, 2024
- daven44Warrington, United Kingdom612 contributionsGreat fun😊We booked on line and exchanged the vouchers for actual tickets at the ticket booth. Boots and socks package were bought at the same location which were not that expensive. Gloves were bought in the Ice Zone reception area. You get to keep the gloves and socks. In my opinion the boots, socks and gloves together with the very thick jacket included in the ticket price are essential items. I cannot understand the negative comments about this attraction. It isn’t very big fair enough but the ice sculptures are stunning and the slides are great fun. Lots of reviews mention that it too cold to stay in for more than 10 minutes but you can go out, warm up and go back in as often as you like. The only downside is that you need to take your gloves off to operate your camera and your hands get very cold very quickly. There wasn’t many in when we went which was great and we all had a great time. The photo opportunities are endless. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. Ignore the negative comments. For the price this is well worth a visit.Visited January 2025Traveled with friendsWritten January 14, 2025

There was a large area with white creature sculptures outside which was nice to take a picture if you like to. But inside the -15 Celsius were sort of small, some corners to take a pictures, a bar to get your free drink (included in the ticket), a small sliders mostly for kids, a little packed space inside really, some snacks and refreshers bar in the building and souvenir corner. And that's all you can do here!!

It’s a good change of pace from the very typical hot weather in Thailand!
The walk way up is really cool with all the mythical creatures! I went through the day, but very sure night time is better with all the light displays!
Inside had the lobby was clean, and organized.
You have a snack stand where you can get drinks hot or cools as well!
Inside the actual Ice area was impressive, some areas with more details then others. (Note: Less detail may be due to melting ice from guest who like to touch things, and ignore the signs) the temperature was -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit. The area itself is rather small not as big as I thought it would be, like a giant freezer.
Very fun experience is your little free frozen soda drink you have inside, and get to break it on the ice wall.
It is a bit of a drive, and detour but still a very fun experience if you want to take a break from the sun!
Note: foreigners are charged extra versus Thai citizens.

The place was apparently not so big / spacious, The temperature inside was too cold (-15 degrees Celsius) like in the freezer. There is no snow game, there is only ice sliding playground which is not so bog, it's not interesting place for children. The location is quite far from Nong Nooch Tropical Garden Pattaya, it's about 35 minutes drive to the location.

We were next door at the Grand & Sweet Ice Cream / Candyland Park ( recommended 120 baht per adult ). While there you can’t not see the giant FROST attraction, so after melting in the sweet sun, we went to check it out after and hopefully cool off.
When entering it looks like the place is closed and really run down. No maintenance or upkeep. Parking lot was completely empty and as we attempted to park in the 1 spot with Shade we were told to move.
Entry was confusing and the price was 600 baht per person and then they have mandatory items they try to charge you another 90 baht for shoes, 60 baht for gloves, 60 baht for a hat and a coat. They couldn’t show us any of them at the front or was anything that we saw at the ticket counter interesting enough for us to proceed.
Being the ONLY people there and 15mins of back n forth negotiating … We were so turned off and confused by everything at that point, we just decided not to go in.
With lots of busy nearby attractions…. There’s a reason why this place is empty and deserted.

The exterior is beautiful but the interior of snow area is average. The temp is -15 so bring your gloves otherwise you eill have to buy them. They give you complimentary welcome drink which is even less than half a glass served in a snow glass. Place is very unhygienic. Visit if you have never visited a snow park before

They charge for the boots and gloves! It is not possible to stay in that temperature for more than 15 mins without gloves. Complimentary beverages are a joke. They serve Fanta in ice glass, hardly 50ml of it!
Its tiny with bare minimum attraction. The slides are only part to have some fun. Most of it is photo spots.
It is also far from Pattaya city. The cab drivers will force you take a package and visit nearby attractions.
Won't recommend it

Good place to get away from the heat. The temperature in frost magical is -15 degree. Not a bad place to take some good pictures. However it's sad that to encourage you to rent gloves they have stitched the pocket of the jacket they provide so that you can't warm your hands inside the pocket and you are forced to rent gloves. The location is in middle of no where . However not a bad place for one time visit

We hired a cab to take us to different attractions, so before evening the guy took us to this place. it was completely unplanned and we have no idea what's inside. First I took it very light that it is merely a cold place and that's it. But........... when you enter the chamber, you can't stand in once place for few minutes. You must to keep moving to keep your self warm.
They provided us long jackets to put on,and I ignored to use gloves. after approx 10 minutes, i felt that my fingers. are not working and started paining. My hands were completely frozen. We send our kids outside the chamber two times, though the person was allowing us to do this and he was saying that once you exit, there is no way to come back. But we managed to request to at least allow our kids to stand outside and enter again once they feel comfortable.
Another mistake was to take my camera inside. camera lens got moist and returned to normal after around two hours. I still have a spot inside the lens which I need to clean.
The ticket price is high comparing with your stay inside, but worth going if you are having this chilled experience for the first time.
There are plenty of things to see inside, take wonderful pictures, and enjoy a soft drink in an icy glass.
Advising you to plan the visit to spend more time and protect your kids from cold. Not advising to take toddlers.

This site is still growing but the cold room is the main attraction. Great place for Thai's to visit if they want to experience below zero temperature. The price of admission includes access to the room and a warm jacket. There is an extra charge for gloves and warm footwear. The rest of the site has amazing figures and is worth the visit by itself.

Money Grab, ticket includes jacket and a drink but when you finally get in there they charge an additional charge for shoes and won’t let you go any further without paying and wearing the shoes, they also won’t provide you with any refund if you don’t want to put on furry shoes that 20 other sweaty feet have been in that day.
Would highly recommend giving this one a miss when in Pattaya, don’t be fooled by the illusion of an escape from the heat.
Bad facilities, lack of staff and a pointless waste of time.

We are planning to visit with our 5 years old son? is it advisable? do they have coat, gloves and boots for 5 year old? is it freezing cold in all areas inside the place or only in selected areas?
Written June 21, 2018
They had coats hats gloves for me, wife and 6-year-old niece. It's sub-zero cold in the Ice area but other areas are just cool . Won't need the parkas gloves in those areas.

do I have to pay to get in? or can I just take pictures outside of it?
Written April 19, 2017
You need to pay, it's not that expensive and well worth it, go late in the afternoon about 30 minutes before sunset take photos outside, then go inside and experience the frigid interior attractions, by the time you come out the lights will be on and you can experience both day and night views.
