looks like there are nothing much in Samui except angthong marine national park. this tour is just to visit a few temples, elephant ride & show, beaches. all these are very common in Thailand.

Had a lovely day on this boat trip around Koh Samui. After being picked up at our hotel we traveled to Big Buddha Beach where we boarded the boat for our tour around the island. Greeted by friendly staff with cool drinks on hand. Really professional staff with a good commentary and lots of information provided about the beaches we passed . Then stops for snorkeling, swimming and lunch on Koh Tan Island. We passed The Swallow Nest Islands on our way back to Nathon Pier for transfer back to our hotel. A really enjoyable day, we would recommend this trip.

I booked the half day tour (9:00 am to 15:30 pm) and paid via web (Baht700 per pax with elephant ride or fish spa). Easy to book and paid with credit card. The driver came punctually on the day. The itinerary was exactly as what was indicated on the website, they don't bring you to souvenirs shops and hassle you to spend money. At each venue, we were given 15-20 mins to look around (the timing is more than enough). The last destination was a local market, we arrived at 2:00 pm, was given 1 hr to do lunch and shopping on our own (this is part of the tour). Families with old folks and children might want to pack some food to bring along for the tour in case they feel hungry before they can get lunch at 2:00pm. Overall, experience with Asiawebdirect was excellent and value for money. We tipped the our and tour guide at the end of the tour. Get to see 80% of the places of interest in Koh Samui. I strong recommend this travel agent.

We booked the private version of this tour for 6 of us - 5 adults and one 7 yr old. It was pricey - £60 each for adults and £30 for children but included in the price was the following: Air conditioned mini bus Unlimited drinks and snacks in the van including seasonal fresh fruit Tour guide Lunch at a lovely, family run hilltop restaurant with a great view Cocktails at a beach front restaurant late afternoon You see a really good range of places on the tour including a real coconut farm which was really interesting. You are mostly away from the main tourist areas which was good and the food at lunch time was really yummy. This was one of my best days on Koh Samui. My 7 yr old cousin did get a bit bored and tired towards the end of the day but loved seeing the monkey at the coconut farm and feeding the elephant near the waterfall.
