After a wonderful experience at Pimnara spa in Patong, I thought I would receive the same excellent level of service at this location in Samui. This spa is much smaller. What is worse is that I ordered the full body one hour massage and it is among the worse massages I have ever experienced. It was supposed to be a treat for my friends and we all left disappointed. The lady just squeezed the skin lightly... It was not a massage at all! I would not recommend this place. I left there the same way I came in... Not relaxed at all. A complete waste of time. They should not use the pimnara name. My experience in Patong Beach at Jung Ceylon mall was one hundred times better!

Ask for experienced masseur

I have massage almost every fortnightly and this is the worst foot massage I've had. Masseur looks relatively young and no skill , I requested to change people after 20 mins of being 'touched' rather than massage. Managed to change and got a better one definitely the 2 stars go to the 2nd masseur.

Very bad Massage & Facial

My husband and I randomly came to this spa for full body massage and facial, and that was the most boring time of our trip.. the massage was ridiculously bad the ladies were just slightly pressing our legs and arms it felt so boring and annoying ..it was not relaxing at all I had to tell the lady to stop already cause I started to get bothered by those useless repeated massage moves that felt absolutely nothing!
The facial was boring too, she spend more than half the time just massaging my face with random creams and moisturizers.. and I didn’t get any special results.
