Massage was decent. First half hour was fantastic, then other people arrived and there was a bit of talking between staff. Other than that was good. The massage itself was really good.

We came down this road to get ice cream (would also recommend)! and happened to find Thamma. The three of us opted for a Thai massage, the ladies were so lovely and asked us if we were okay multiple times as well as being friendly and funny. Was lovely and relaxing in a great environnement. Very reasonable prices compared to others we researched. Would definitely visit again!…

The lush plants outside the shop are truly beautiful and is a very welcoming sight but that's the only positive of this shop. Sadly, the owner did not do much to the interior which looks really basic and unappealing. The reception area resembles a small unkempt office instead of a place where you anticipate serenity and relaxation. The massage room upstairs looks really bare - just a few mattresses put on the floor with curtains separating each bed - I didn't notice any other aesthetics in the room. There are probably other private rooms which are nicer but most likely are reserved for the more expensive spa packages. The staff assigned to me did not demonstrate any outstanding massage techniques. Just lots of strength which is clearly more pain than pleasure. Like many other budget massage outlets, I think it is just a matter of luck whether you are being assigned a really skillful and experienced masseuse. Most of the time, I find that staff are simply going through the motions without understanding what is the desired result of each stroke or pressure being applied to the various body parts in the massage process. I was also somewhat puzzled by the choice of music played during the massage, nothing like the typical soothing spa music but rather, sounds like an odd assortment of weird tunes to me - it certainly does nothing to enhance the relaxation experience. There're no wet towels, tea or biscuits being served before or after the massage. Small, welcoming gestures like these are missing here obviously. Though inexpensive, at 250B for a 1-hour Thai massage, I don't think the whole experience is worth the price, considering the nicer services and ambience I received at other similarly-priced shops in the vicinity. Clearly, lots of improvements are needed here.…
