Due to Covid-19 I became "stuck" in Thailand, unable to return to China when the borders closed. I've never really practiced yoga seriously before, but decided to give Yoga Ananda a try due to long months of inactivity. The feeling of sheer joy from doing yoga, and the friendship and support given by the teachers, along with their professional help with my yoga practice, became an almost daily part of my four months in Chiang Mai. I can truly say that Yoga Ananda is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to and it has turned me into a yoga student for life!…

After I moved to Chiang Mai, I started to look for some good yoga studio. I had a couple of years break and felt a bit rusty so I was also after kind, patient and supportive approach. I was so lucky to find the Yoga Anada. Kru Nok is an experienced and kind teacher. She masters the art of yoga and at the same time, she knows when it is the right time to help students. And, you still feel very comfortable and empowered and leaving classes with happiness and energy looking forward to attending another session.…

I have been practicing Yoga for few years but I learnt the arts of adjustments and alignments correctly here for the first time, I didn’t even know that what I used to practice was wrong. When you do poses correctly, your body will response differently. I acquired RYT200 from Yoga Ananda Chiangmai. It was a beautiful journey for 21 days together with new faces, my colleagues that became friends for life. Kru Nok and Master Anil were the lead teachers, they made me feel like I have my parents who educate me when I was away from home. They were not just taught me Yoga and Philosophy, but also the way of living my life. Kru Menny, Kru Biw and Kru Jane made me feel like I had sisters who always there for me, encouraged and motivated me.The way they taught touched my soul, it was what exactly needed it for my teaching career. The safety and benefit of each poses are the keys of practicing asanas. During the course, we stayed overnight at Dolthara resort, we had activities there that I never thought I would be doing it at anywhere .. feet therapy, banana leaf body wrapping, gazing candle, nasal cleansing etc. We visited The Elephant Sanctuary on the last weekend, I had a great time feeding elephants and enjoyed the ride up to the mountains. This course filled my hearts, it made me look at the world in a different way. Since I graduated from Yoga Ananda Chiangmai school, I am confident to instruct my future students correctly. I am proud to tell the world that I am Kru Nok’s student 👩🎓😍 Thank you Kru Nok and the team 🤙🏾…

I started practicing yoga after covid lock down in July, before that I practiced at home by following some app or went to gym take group class. By chance I visited Kru Nok’s yoga studio in JJ market. I have to say it’s completely different from other places, it’s really great to practice yoga like this, detailed instructions, warm but powerful adjustment, quite and joyful meditation. I gained the energy and peace during each practice. From then on I never stop, I almost joined the practice everyday. As I wanted to know more about yoga, Kru Nok gave me lots of encouragement to take the TTC which I’ve never thought about, but I really did it. All the teachers here are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient, I can feel their love to yoga, to all the students. It’s one of the most wonderful experience in my life to learning from Kru Nok, Master Anil, Kru Meeny, Kru Jane and Kru Biw. And I guess it will be a reason for me to stay longer in Chiang Mai so I can practice yoga here longer! Strongly recommend it to all!…
