My family of 2 adults and 2 children under 10 stayed overnight with Sun, Jiraphon and their extended family. It was the most amazing holiday experience of our lives! The elephant experience was incredible. Everything the other reviews state is true. The animals are part of the family and the additional experience of staying after the daytrippers go home is worth its weight in gold. The accommodation is so comfortable, clean and welcoming. The food is probably some of the best we've eaten including the dung beetles we went searching find the night. Learning to weave and my husband preparing dinner were just such wonderful life experiences. This is an unforgettable experience and we would be blessed to visit again. Please give your support and business to this wonderful community!

A flat out phenomenal experience. Want to see what positive reinforcement training looks like on a baby elephant? Visit them. Want to see a whole herd of happy elephants? Visit them. Love elephants and want to have an amazing bucket list experience? Visit them. You get the picture. When I began researching the seemingly unlimited elephant options in Thailand, my criteria was simple: 1. Excellent care and ethical treatment of elephants. 2. Money supports the local community. This exceeded my highest hopes on both accounts. The love they have for their elephants is so genuine and it shows in everything they do. I felt lucky to have a little window into the bond they shared. ♥️ I was also enormously pleased to keep my baht local by supporting Thai elephant caretakers in Thailand rather than foreign backed interests. (I'll take a hard pass on the neocolonialism thankyouverymuch!) Thanks again to Sun and his group for one of the best animal experiences we have ever had.

During this difficult time with the pandemic I keep remembering my day spent with the amazing elephants at Karen's tribe. It was my trip to Thailand back in February for the first time. The day with the elephants was the highlight of my whole trip. They are most gentle creatures I have ever met and adopted to the guests so easily. The day just flew by and hard to say good to my new found friends. I hope society and tourism will rebound quickly so more people can meet these beautify animals.

This experience far exceeded my expectations. I am a vet and was very particular about the type of facility I wanted to go to. This facility takes the very best care of the elephants. The level of education and intimate interaction is wonderful. I do not know that I would recommend this activity for young children. I highly recommend this activity!!

We were picked up and dropped at our hotel by a very friendly driver. I suggest to wear sandals or flip flops as you have to be barefoot if you choose to ride the elephants. The lunch provided has a wide assortment of local delicious cuisine.
