We are a french family , and our two boys love asian food. So we decided to have a cooking lesson in Khroua Baan Thai . It was perfect. Pook and Folk were very patients (and passionnate) . They were very nice teactchers for the boys, even with the younguest. My husband and I were assistants, and we have a very good luch eating what the boys cooked (and it was excellent! ) . This cooking class was a great expérience. Do not hesitate !!

I am British but my wife is French so we decided on this class as it is in french and I am glad that we did. Every thing was excellent from the prompt pickup at our hotel to the wonderful welcome by Pool Yves and all the staff, explanation of all ingredients ,then the techniques and recipes that we had each chosen before hand. To prepare 5 or so dishes in a reasonable time, much of the tedious and simple chopping and cutting had been prepared in advance. Then, with a helper close by we prepared our dishes including a desert in a convivial atmosphere of chatter, banter, photos, advice and local knowledge. Now to the table to a little drink before our own cooked this meal. Who's I didn't realise I was such a good cook!! We went back to our hotel with a certificate and Pook's receipt book. And immediately decided that we had to go to re-book for the evening course which is a slightly different formula. Space does not allow! But includes Thai music and dance and the same excellence. Thank you Khroua baan Thai.

We chose this cooking class because the chef Pook speaks French (and my mom does not speak English) and we had an amazing experience!
Yves started telling us the basics about the Thai culture, & explained the main ingredients in Thai cuisine. Then, Pook and her son Folk taught us different recipes: I really learned a lot and enjoyed the cooking part.
Then we ate our dishes while enjoying traditional thai dance and music.
From A to Z, the whole experience was very well thought of, and the whole team (including the grandma) was paying attention to details.
It is one of our best activities in Thailand. I strongly recommend the experience with Pook and her family

Hi!
Do you have classes in English?
If so, do you have available classes for 8, 9, 11 years old kids?
We’d love to take sometime this Wednesday or Thursday.
Hope to hear from you!
