Finding Wat Phakhao on our was such a pleasant surprise. The temple is special and loved by monks and people. I would like to go back there again, and hear the chanting, and possibly get a massage.

I think this was my favourite temple of all the ones I visited. It had a simple charm and the Buddha inside is serenely beautiful

Peaceful temple off the road with massage parlour and young monks looking after it. It is a much smaller temple with its main attraction the Buddha statues and changing lights.

It's a beautiful, very ornate place. The monks are very kind and love to chat. They need to pracice English, so step in and speak with them, you'll be very pleasantly surprised :)

Only a small temple but very atmospheric with unusual green Bhudda. Terracotta statues in garden outside and it feels more like a community centre than a temple. Little stall at gate selling fruit drinks and a massage business giving wonderful massages with acupressure making it...More

Would love to come back and sit and meditate. The statue of the Buddhist Monk looks so lifelike. Calming , and amazingly beautiful.
