A family run cooking class established in 2001. We began with a small class size. Even though our business has seen tremendous growth, we have decided that this size maintains the personalization and individual attention that each student deserves. Yui (Siripen Sriyabhaya), Thailand's international TV chef still teaches every dish in every class to guarantee the highest quality of instruction. Her expertise attracts a variety of students such as, TV chefs, executive chefs, culinary school teachers, international Thai cooking instructors, food columnists, cookbook authors, tourists, and food lovers.Yui's unique blend of art and science truly make cooking exciting, fun, and easy to follow. When students cook these delicious dishes in class, they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to recreate these dishes at home.

My family of four took a full-day cooking class on July 4, 2016. What a wonderful experience! Each dish was delicious and pretty easy to make. It helped that Yui was incredibly organized. While she explained a dish, her staff would ensure that every work station was ready to go. We met other friendly people taking the class and enjoyed... More

My sister and I chose 'A lot of Thai' because we wanted to learn how to cook food that was a bit more unusual than the standard curry paste/ pad thai/ thai green curry which you see on lots of the courses advertised in Chiang Mai. We did her Wednesday course as this gave us lots of variety (she does... More

An absolute MUST Chiang Mai experience. This was a wonderful daytime activity. Kwan and Yui came to pick us up at our hotel and brought us to their lovely Chiang Mai home. Yui showed us how to make 3 beautiful, authentic, rustic thai dishes (we only did a half day for time, but she does 5 dishes for the whole... More

I am traveling with 3 other girls and we were recommended this class by a friend. It was so amazing! Yui, the chef, was so enthusiastic and knowledge about Thai food! I did the half day class and we made 3 delicious meals. There were only 10 people in this class which was held at her home, it was very... More

My friend and I enrolled in the half day class as per recommendation from someone who had already taken it. Yui, the instructor picks you up at your hotel and brings you back to her home. We made 3 dishes: fried rice, papaya salad, and curry. She demonstrated each dish first and then helped us on our own. All the... More

We went as a family, and we could not have had a better time. Yui, is such a great host/teacher. She has a great personality for her teaching, and nothing seemed "scripted", as if she says the same thing every day to every student. The location, is a proper house, and not what I suspect some cooking schools would be... More

Yui, the instructor, is so knowledgeable and nice. We did the half day class and everything we made was amazing! She incorporated her background knowledge and science to the class and they provided a take away cook book as well.

I signed up for the class because I was trying to kill a day with a colleague, and it was one of the only ones offering classes on a Tuesday. As it turned out, it was a fantastic turn of events. I wouldn't recommend a night of drinking the night before. The heat is a beast in the outdoor kitchen... More

My partner and I opted for the short course, after pick up from our accommodation we were taken to Yui & Kwan's lovely home, which is perfectly set up for hands on learning. Yui is friendly and engaging with a wonderful sense of humour and clearly has an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to share. Our short course was... More

We had an awesome day with Yui. The class size was pretty small (11) and it was a really nice space. By the end of the day had made several dishes that tasted great. Thoroughly recommended.
