Just nothing
We came here because of the review on tripadvisor. We came on Wednesday about 6 and wanted to listen the choir..

We couldn't find place by this adress and call by phone. A man told us smth about Saturday market... so no tradicional show , no choir on Wednesdays. And we even didn't find a place..

Do not go. Or call first.

Music, events, workshops,...

They organize the most amazing music workshops, hold the most amazing traditional ethnic music concerts. Even flower workshops, music history instruction, introduction to traditional music instruments. Looking forward to them being a part of my community and for me to be a part of their activities.

Great Place

I study Chinese harp here with a great Thai teacher who speaks excellent English. I have been to all of their excellent traditional Thai concerts. I don't know of any other place in Chiang Mai that you can go and hear this high quality of traditional music. Tickets are very cheap, usually only 100 baht, students free. The facility is very beautiful, on the grounds of an ancient Wat.
This is also the place that Global Harmonies rehearses every Wednesday from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm. They are a choir that does traditional music from many different cultures. Visitors are welcome to visit and listen to these very interesting rehearsals.
