The tour advertised 4 or five stops that we did, but it was just transportation, no information about anything. Not recommended.

Our experience of this place was ok. There are quite a few businesses competing locally, and this one offers the standard menu of attractions and trips.

I went on the half day Doi Suthep tour with the stop at a tribe village. It got off to a slow start as some pick ups were at 8 but other agencies who were using the same tour had 9-9.30am pick ups. This limited the amount of time that we could spend at the temple and there was a lot of waiting in the mini bus. It was a guided tour but only limited information was provided and only some in English. Village was mainly a shopping opportunity so it might be better to pick the palace stop off option.

This was horrible! These elephants are abused. I thought it's a care but in reality it's not, they hit elephant with a hammer on its head. That's how they train them, also they through stones in to them to make them go. Trainers try to hide what they do and always watching you can't see, but I noticed that couple of times. Little elephant on a pictures has damaged head recently. Most of the elephants have the same. Don't get to this trap about care because it's nothing related to care!

Avoid this tour company at all costs. We booked the evening before for a half day/ 4 hour tour. The guide we booked with did not show up, instead it was farmed out to an independent driver who was not a tour guide. After two hours we were brought back to the hotel. What a terrible experience.

We booked a day your with elephant park and orchid farm, butterflies etc
First the minivan was very hard and driver crazy
First stop 20 mm "orchid farm and butterflies"
Few orchids all similar and butterflies look better in our garden and only very few
Only the park was nice
Second elephant poo paper fabric
That was the nicest
Then we ride to the elephant park
Horrible place, crowed with Chinese people only, and how sad to see the way they treat the elephant with so much hate
The show was horrible.
Then the food was just as bad
The ride was horrible too as the guy spent his nose on his phone and hurting the elephant
Then ox cart was a joke, 10 mm ride back and forth on the dust !!!
The best was the bamboo raft on the nice river
Forget about the tribe village, it doesn't exist
Then one hour back to Chiang mai
Our should check info about the way they treat elephants before booking one of these tours anywhere... We didn't and NEVER AGAIN
Shame on these people who do call take care of elephant but torture them
You have been warned

Used their services to order a bus from Chiang Mai to Sukhothai, including hotel pick up. Were told bus would take 4.5hours and paid 500 baht per ticket.
Turns out the bus tickets actually cost 199 baht and bus took 6.5hours.

Could of saved a fair amount of money going to the bus station ourselves. Staff at tour centre were handy we up just got ripped off!

As I write this I am sitting here feeling my life drain away. I was told to be here at ten am. I asked if this was the real time or if I should turn up later but was assured that I had to be there at 10am. Well, its 11:30am and I am still waiting.

I was many times in Chiang Mai and in this travel agency we were never dissapointed, even if it was sometimes difficult to find a solution by travelling with 6 people (2 children under 5 years, 4 adults). The service is always very friendly and you realize, that they like their work. If they can give you a discount they will or look for the best suitable offer which is avaiable. We will also in future go always back to them because of their experience, service and knowhow.
