We specialize in private yoga instruction at our beautiful rooftop studio, located just outside the old city on the way to the popular Nimman neighborhood. Founder and yoga teacher Gernot Huber has studied yoga since 1996, including Anusara, Iyengar, Kripalu, Forrest, and Ashtanga yoga, and has developed his own style incorporating best practices from multiple traditions while combining precision with playfulness. His broad anatomical knowledge and his dedication to tailoring his teaching to each student's needs have consistently garnered him high praise from his students.

Gernot's Inversion Workshop will turn your thinking about handstands, forearm stands and headstands upside down - literally, and in a very good way. A solid grounding in the traditional principles of inversions is overlaid with an analytic physics based approach to practice. The results are...More

I learned more from one class with Gernot than by attending 20 classes back home in Australia. Even though it was a beginners class, and the intensity was at basic level, the knowledge imparted in this one session has changed my practice profoundly.

What a great experience. Gernot was so helpful in helping us get to his studio. I thought we were just doing a yoga class but we did so much more. We learned so much and we enjoyed our private very much!

I will visiting Chiang Mai in December 7 to 11 , 2015. I practice Yin Yang yoga and Ashtanga yoga in a heated studio. I am a beginner. I have double hip replacements and a lot of arthritis but overall fit and very active. Could I schedule a few sessions with Gernot and are there some small group classes that would be appropriate for me during my visit in Chiang Mai. Thank you Regards Joyce Weinman

Hi Joyce, I am out of town from November 27 until December 9, but we can certainly schedule a private or two for the 10th and 11th. The yoga tree class on the 11th should be a good fit as well. Cheers, Gernot

Hi, with PCS do you mean Post-concussion Syndrome? I don't have experience with that, but I am confident I can teach you yoga that will help with the PTSD. Cheers, Gernot
