Climb Sticky Waterfall Like a Spiderman

27 reviews
Explore the lush mountain scenery Chiang Mai is renowned for on this refreshing half-day adventure to the Bua Thong “sticky” waterfalls. A one-of-a-kind experience, the limestone walls of this waterfall are truly sticky, letting adventurous swimmers climb right up its face without slipping. Make a splash and cool off before enjoying a picnic of local Thai cuisine alongside the tranquil natural pool.

Absolutely great training in Chiang Mai. I arrived for 2 morning sessions on the recommendation of Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu. Renovations are complete, and the site is really exceptionally well-appointed for its size. Kru Deng is off the charts friendly and helpful, but then so were all the other instructors I met, each of whom immediately grasped my (intermediate, non-professional) level and worked with me where I was while modifying instruction for all the other students, farang and local alike. A respectful environment, but with a true focus on conditioning alongside technique. That said: lots of laughs to be had, too. Don't come looking to be pampered, and you'll get a ton of learning and fun out of the 2+ hour sessions.

Great “fighters gym” that caters for all. Don’t expect a “tourist” work out. One to one session I highly recommend and my English speaking instructor Dang was very very good

I was in Chiangmai for only a few days, so I only came for one afternoon session and I'm glad I did. After the warmup (jumping rope) you shadow box and the trainer then points out very specific technical elements that you may improve. The training is broken down into a few main parts, warmup, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, clinching and conditioning. 3 hours are a long time, but you can take a break anytime and have a free slice of melon and a drink. I recommend this to anyone, who wants to try Muay Thai.

I spent three days at the gym with Snook taking one on one lessons. I'm a newbie to Muay Thai and had such a good experience here and learned a lot. Can't wait to go back!

It was my first time doing Muay Thai and I had a great time training there. It is hard even if I did only the afternoon session of 3h. The teachers are awesome, even without a great knowledge of English I learned so much in only 4 days. The atmosphere is good, mix Thai-foreigner.
