Can’t wait to go back and learn more!
Dec 2018 • Friends
We took a oil massage course with Rad and we had so much fun! Rad is a very empathic and attentive teacher. The location had a relaxed atmosphere. Rad made it all look so easy and we gained a lot of basic knowledge on how to quickly give magical massages. Definitely recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to go back.

Oil Massage Class
Jun 2018 • Couples
I took an oil massage class with my girlfriend. We learned how to make our own oil and the manuvers of how to give a massage.

This place offers a full day and a half day class. We had the half day and enjoyed learning and practicing how to give a massage. Our instructor was clear, helpful and friendly. This was a great experience.

Yoga for all ages and levels of experience
Feb 2018 • Friends
Several women where I live invited me to join them for a yoga class at Namo back in February. Wonderful instructor, she recognized us as an all age group with different levels of experience. She suggested alternative positions/moves based on our different levels. I have experience with only two yoga teachers at Namo but both gave individual attention. Relaxed and inviting experience. I go twice a week.

Highly recommended!

The studio also offers 1/2, 1 and 2-3 day massage classes. I can't comment. Never taken a massage class.

A Place to Find Your Inner Teacher...
Jan 2018 • Solo
I've taken a variety of workshops at Namo over the past couple of years - Breathwork, Sound Healing, Kirtan and Meditation. The teachers have all been inspirational and the classes memorable, but what I appreciate is the emphasis I've always felt at Namo of finding the teacher within. I loved the last location and am delighted they've reopened recently in a bright new location!

The Dream didn't come true!
Jan 2018 • Solo
The local travel company in Kathmandu in their so called wise wisdom decided to switch me as the solo traveler 2 night's before my transfer to another destination stating Namo never had a yoga teacher in January!
Namo looked wonderful the advertisement and reviews where good reading that's why I've rated it good even though it just didn't happen!

Namo kindly informed me via return email afterwards that they never had a teacher in Jan and that they informed everyone in Nov/Dec of this!
So didn't the local agency know if this?

So I was sent to a Buddist Monestry in the Kathmandu mountain's which was not what I signed up for demanding a transfer car be sent uo the next morning! It's not Neydo's fault they didn't falsely advertise and I didn't run into Richard Gere however I believe 'the travel agency' I used in Australia via Flight Centre did!

I paid $805 AUD I'm in a refund debate at the moment 'and' it just goes to show you can't believe all you can read!
So ask those questions when booking even email the destination yourself and you might be surprised!

Namo where helpful and prompt in returning my emails and said they hope I will visit one day but the world's a big place our money is hard to come by AND it's a yoga teacher that twas tobe the big draw card for me SO without one its not gunna happen!

Friendly and inspirational 1 day massage class
Jul 2017 • Couples
My wife and I booked for the full day massage class at Namo, and we were lucky to have the amazing Rad as a teacher. Rad was patient and friendly, and as absolute beginners, she took us through some useful basic Thai massage techniques and gave us both the chance to be massaged by her, and try on each other.

This was one of our favourite experiences in Chiang Mai, and I would very much recommend at least the day course - half a day probably isn't long enough!

We left Rad's session feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Namo for a great day!

Great massage class for short-term visitors
Jul 2017 • Couples
My boyfriend and I took a 1/2 day massage class with Nha. She was excellent - funny, great English, and very attentive to what we specifically wanted to learn. She provides a booklet of the massage steps. You watch her, and then practice yourself while she guides you.

She teaches techniques that are within your limits and not ones that could accidentally hurt someone if you improperly conducted. She also pays attention to problem areas on individuals and teaches you how to deal with them - e.g., tight hamstrings or lower back pain.

Overall a very fun and educational three hours!

Excellent yoga class
Jun 2017 • Friends
This is the first time for me at Namo Yoga, Where is wonderful place located near Thapae Gate in the middle of the old city and very very clean and calm. I was feeling relax and happy to be here. It's not only yoga class but also good massage.

It is one thing to do in Chiangmai for the one who loves to do yoga and massage.

Spacious, beautiful and great classes
Jun 2017 • Solo
Namo is one of my favourite yoga studios in town. They offer a range of different yoga classes for all levels and every taste. The rooms are spacious so I can really stretch out and the entire place is beautifully decorated. The half day Thai Massage course with Khun Rad was lots of fun too! Great vibe all around, definitely check it out!!! :)
