Taking a cooking class in Thailand is something everybody always talks about and now I know why. Our teacher was GIFT and she was very informative, sweet and hilarious. A truly great experience from start to finish. DO NOT EAT before going! So much food.

Yes they do! For everything we cooked there was a vegetarian option, for example even if a recipe called for oyster sauce she had an alternative vegetarian option available. Super vegetarian friendly!

You are asked to give your preferences for each dish whether you'd like chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian (tofu). Gluten or soy restrictions could be easily accommodated.
