This is a good cooking class, we learned about ingredients and what to use, by walking through the local market. The cooking classes at really good and you are given the option to choose the dishes and eat them as you go along

Your hotel or guest house can help you book, you can also book from one of the many tour agencies. We booked with the cooking school in person a couple of days before attending a class
