Had an amazing massage and treatment at Cheeva Spa in Nimman today. Theraphist was great. Marc and his team extended their warm Thai hospitality, complete with the unique Lanna ambience of his spa, making my first stay in Chiang Mai a wonderful experience.

Hi, the bun, with or without flower, is done while she finishes your head massage. It's not proposed nor do you pay extra ... it's just nicely offered.

Hi everyone, We have now booked our accommodation in Bali so I am currently trying to plan out an itinerary in which we can see the things we want to in the best way and make the best use of our time. Londongirl: Whew! Lots of questions, but I'll give it a shot. Rafting and cycling...best done on separate days...the rafting is not long but all that laughing and splashing and lunch take a while and can be tiring. Cycling tours..remember you are going to be in the sun and that can be tiring, even though I believe all of them are mostly downhill..Most of the popular ones start in the morning around Kintamani Volcano and cycle down to Ubud area... I agree 3 nghts in Ubud is very short but it's...More

Hi, Aside from what you have mentioned there are a number of temples worth visiting within the city. Outside the city is the impressive Doi Suthep Temple which is beautifully located on a mountainside. And, about 1.5 hours away by bus is Chiang Dao, of interest to those that find mountains and hiking good fun. In addition, for those that enjoy shopping Chiang Mai has some interesting night markets. We spent one week in the area.
