Nong Buak Hard Public Park is a great spot in the South West corner of the Old City, definitely recommend hiring some mats & chill out on the grass with a good book!

Nice place for relaxation. Plenty of thais and foreigners doing many allternative activities like yoga or thai chi. And its free.

Lovely stroll around this park. The lake and fountains, the shrubs and foliage make a great back-drop to the beautiful flower displays too.

There are bathrooms in the park. Most places in Thailand have decent bathrooms, even if you have to pay a few baht to use them.
