Used the services of GetVanGo on 2 occasions and both drivers were punctual and polite. They were also able to converse in basic english and most importantly, drove safely. The van was comfortable and clean. Will use their services again when i visit Chiangmai.

We used GetVanGo for our drive from Chiang Mai airport to our hotel in Mae Hong Son. The ride was 7 hours long! Our driver was on time to pick us up, and drove so smoothly that we slept a great deal of the way. We really appreciated the service -- it was reasonably priced and very helpful! There was complementary water provided and nice rest stops. Would take again!

The driver, Long does speak and understand some English so it made our journey more enjoyable. Long is friendly and chatting. He brought and shown us to some interesting places such as local (very) market and temple along the way. He even bought us local buns (he mentioned that it is so popular that needs to be ordered in advance).
Overall we satisfied with his servoce. However there was a little dissatisfaction issue and that was the fuel cost issue. Checked with GetVanGo on the estimated fuel cost and was advised about 800baht x 2 for 2ways.. We set aside 2000baht for the fuel.
The van should be in full tank when they pick us from the hotel but it was not so. The driver filled the tank after he picked us from the hotel. We were asked to pay 2400baht for the fuel when we reached our destination. It was 400baht more than our estimate.
We will use GetVanGo service for our future trip but will need to make sure the price includes everything.

I have used GetVanGo twice this year already for trips with friends. The drivers they have provided have been excellent. I've spent a lot of time in Thailand and have traveled with many different van services. What sets GetVanGo apart in my opinion is that its drivers are extremely professional and drive in a calm manner where you never really fear for your safety. Their prices are great for traveling in groups of 5+ compared to trying to book travel individually or through a tour group. They also allow you to set the schedule you want and visit the places you want at a pace that is reasonable for your group. I should note that the English speaking ability of the drivers varies from one to the next, but I have yet to have any problems communicating with them. I will definitely be using them again in the future when planning group travel.

Hired a Driver and van to take us to the White temple in Chiang Rai.. comfortable ride helpful driver and very reasonably priced.. would definitely use this service again.

I used GoVanGo for two days this past week when I showed visiting friends around my adopted hometown and environs outside of the city area. I can NOT say enough about their service. Easy to book. Very quick responses to any of my questions.....with English spoken. My friends and family were assigned a driver who was not just on time....he arrived early! The van was immaculate, comfortable, stocked with both cold and room temp. drinking water and our driver was helpful, courteous and very accommodating every minute of both days. The price for the van and petrol for two days was extremely reasonable. Will I use them again.....you bet your life I will. Matter of fact, I plan to use them again next month when friends who didn't make it over to join the group and I plan to be here in December! All I can tell you is......GET GoVanGo you will NOT be sorry! nannyre

Very Cheap , Convenience and Polite driver also easy to move around. The van is comfortable and very large. Definitely recommend to all my friend to use GetVanGo .

We had fantastic service with Konk! He was on time, courteous and so friendly. We had a fantastic time and was so patient with us. We were a group aged 15 to 73 and he was so thoughtful of the seniors traveling. Golden personality, golden service! I would recommend this service to anyone who is traveling to Chiang Mai

Yes - you can book for multiple days. When you make a trip like this, staying at several towns away from Chiang Mai then you need to pay a small surcharge each day to cover the driver's food and accommodation. Please see our website for pricing details.
