This was a really good tour. Early start in the morning but worth it. I had seen the alms to monks in Laos but this was a different experience. The climb up to Doi Suthep temple in the heat and with a mask on C-19 was tough. There are not a lot of steps maybe 300 but more the heat and we were there early as well! Take a light jacket as you start with the alms ceremony early morning and it is chilly. The temple was so beautiful and peaceful. The hidden temple was stunning. I would never have been able to do it alone. I was travelling solo and ended up having a private tour as there were no other people. The tour operator were sweet to run the tour and could have easily cancelled. Very nice. Good communication. Guide was on time, clean car, safe driving and a good tour. As we finished early and it was just me, he was kind to include the umbrella handicraft village and drop me off at a restaurant where I was meeting a friend for brunch. Highly recommend.

I had Tom as a guide. As a buddhist monk for nearly 20 years he knew exactly what he was talking about and he gave me an entertaining and highly interesting and informative tour. I could not recommend him more highly and this tour was certainly a highlight of my time in Thailand. Untouched Thailand offer a wide range of possible activities and I would recommend a look at their website. Early morning start is worth it. When we arrived well before six AM we were the only people there. Wat Palad on the way down the mountain is a meditation temple and was well worth the stop for its serenity, hidden in the jungle near a waterfall.

An absolutely amazing, enriching experience. Non was such a fantastic and enthusiastic guide. His past as a monk really was demonstrated through his expert knowledge and respect for all the temples visited. He was committed to ensuring that the photos taken were acceptable and that I had a special experience. The time at the top of Doi Suthep temple provided a serene view of Chiang Mai. The contrast of the dark upon arrival and sunrise was so memorable. The time in Wat Phalat was extremely calming with waterfalls and further great views. Lastly, the Khao Soi was one to remember and was a perfect conclusion to a great tour led by Non!

This trip was such beautiful experience. MrTom was exceptionally kind and gentle, explaining each step of the way. Being a past monk, he was authentic and knowledgeable and I learned so much. Best of all of he exuded calmness, presence and radiated such light. I felt the benefits for hours after beautiful scenery, being part of monks blessings, giving alms and meditating in temples. I highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed!

Definitely recommend. Guide / driver was on time, clean and safe transport. Educational. Learnt loads. Covered a lot. Early start but worth it. Dress modestly and bring a wrap. Can get chilly first thing. Wear comfortable and easy to remove shoes as there is a lot of walking at the temples and you need to take shoes on and off. I ended up with a tour to myself due to the pandemic and limited tourists. The guide was thus able to be flexible and include the handicraft market at no extra cost which was nice. Tour operator were easy to communicate with. Very worthwhile tour and one of a few if not the only willing to operate with a solo traveller.
