There is a stretch of leg soaking hot spring water flowing from 55° to 40°, depending on which stretch of it you want to soak in. Do note the stretch of water is full of algae and not very clean.
Eggs in basket are also sold on site for cooking in the egg pool. Private room and mineral pools are also available at additional charges to the entrance fees. Not really worth the time to travel all the way from the city.

The Sankampaeng Hot Springs are about 40 minutes from Chiang Mai. The Springs are popular among Thais. You could relax with spa. We spent about two hours there.

Been coming her over the past few weeks with my wife ( Thai) been soaking in the private tubs. Cost is @ 300 THB for 1 hr for 2 ( + entrance fee cost ) an hr is plenty of time for a good soak. They also have bath tub style for @ 60 THB per person. As well as a communal pool ( swim suit required) for less.
There is also place you can soak you feet for free ( after you pay the entrance fee) the morning is no doubt the best time for a visit. As it c@n be busy in the afternoons. And don’t even think about going on any Thai holidays as it’s can be a packed mad house. But if your a local and like hot springs - it’s worth checking the place out.
