They’re very accommodating, so I don’t think you’ll have any problems. The dishes I made in the 1/2 day class didn’t contain any dairy - although make sure to ask for eggless tofu (white not yellow) if you don’t eat meat. I... More

Hi Laura, there was no dairy in the class as we cooked with homegrown veggies and herbs . There should gluten in the spring roll dough but it's up to you and you can choose not to add prawns or chicken if there is gluten in... More
