We booked the evening class late notice as a couple and were extremely lucky on the day we picked as we got to do it on our own with chef “Perm” as the other nights were nearly booked out. He is full of knowledge about his culture and the herbs that go with what food, he speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humour to make the class even more enjoyable. Also the place you get to cook the food is set up fantastic, surrounded by rice fields, fresh herbs, ponds with fish etc makes the environment so much more enjoyable. Thank-you for an amazing evening.

Permpoon and his wife were so wonderful. They went above and beyond and even made a special sausage dish that we requested that was not even on the list. We went to the market and learned how to find the best ingredients, went out on to his farm and picked flowers, learned some of the traditional dishes and some of our favorites. Could not recommend his class more. It was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.

Such a great cookery class, cannot recommend enough! The food is incredible and you learn really interesting new things about Thai food. Our chef made the whole experience really enjoyable and he was such a character.

The cooking class was an outstanding experience; before we started the class, we learnt how to tell if vegetables were ripped. In the class, we also learnt how to cut vegetables. Perm was very funny and had a good sense of humour, which enhanced the experience of the cooking class! I would 100% Recommend attending the class!
