We booked through Sasi three times as she was so helpful. Having researched ethical elephant sanctuaries we chose Maerim which I would recommend. We also spent a lovely evening at Chaing Mai cultural centre which Sasi drove us to and collected, Thai evening of food, music and dance. Nothing was too much trouble. There are many tour operators in the area but for us, Sasi wins hands down! Thank you.

When we first booked elephant trip from Sasi we liked it very much. Then we decided to go to Tiger Kingdom. We knew that she was off that day and it was late at night she responded quickly and arranged early morning tour for us. She even send her friend Apple to take us there with her private car. Thanks to Sasi and Apple our Chaing Mai trip was unforgettable. They were both friendly and helpful.

We met Sasi on her shop. She is super fine and smiling She allowed us to discount our trip She found us a super sanctuary of 5 elephants with adorable and funny people who were respectfull to the animals and welcoming to us. Sasi took care of everything. You can trust her with your eyes closed. ❤️

Sasi knows her stuff. We booked the Grand Canyon Waterpark through her, and the Karen Hill Elephant Sanctuary Tour. We would do both again they were great. Later that evening we were interested in the Muay Thai fights, and she had tickets for us ASAP. Best Travel Agent we’ve met in Thailand!

I would recomend this place to everyone!!! I was travelling alone through Thailand and i booked two tours with Sasi on my first day in Chiang Mai. She was super friendly and helped me to book the right tours. I was albe to pay by card and everything went realy well. She also gave me some information about other questions about chiang mai and i felt very welcomed. The next days we always had a small talk whenever i passed by the office and she asked me about the trips and about how i was and every single time she greated me with a warm smile!! Thank you very much for that Sasi!!! I took a cooking class with smile organic farm cooking school and i had an amazing time. We learned how to make spring rolls, a curry, a soup and a stir fired meal and we could choose from different options. On the way there we also visited a market and we got a tour through their farm and our guide was funny and had a really good english. We even got a cook book in the end and i would recomend that place to everyone who visits chinag mai!! Then i also went to the Karen Hilltribe elephant sanctuary and i had a great time there as well! I was in a group of only 3 people and we got to feed the elephants and even took a mud bath with them. The sanctuary is quite small, they only have 4 elephants right now, and because of that it was less touristy and closer to the actual work. And if you are interested in an animal friendly environment that that is definetly the place to go...
