Excellent 2 hour hot oil aromatherapy massage. Lovely setting, great staff and therapists. Easy to book via Facebook messaging as well. Advisors do speak English as well. As we were two people booking 2 hours at the same time, they had a promotion that one person pays full price and the 2nd person gets 40% off. We would definitely return again. Thank you

Was at Zira spa for a massage during our northern thailand tour , I did the Lanna Travellers package . I had a wonderful masseuse who did a great job. I go for massages and facial's frequently, and i think this was one of the best ones I've had. My only complaint would be she spoke English , It would have made communication easier, but we still managed!!! The front office staff speak English well and communicate effectively. Reservations recommended, unfortunately making a deposit for such is a hassle when doing so from out of the country. but they still took my reservation and collected the deposit from the hotel the morning of the massage. Facility is very clean and well maintained. All in all highly recommend if in the area.

An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. I had just been on a 3 day trek and wanted to relax after - I emailed only the evening before and reception responded very quickly to book me in for 10am the next day. I had the 2hr ‘jet lag’ package - the neck, back and shoulder was very thorough and got every knot, the hot oil massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep! Smile, my therapist, was just fantastic. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are lovely. The give you cool tea and fruit on arrival and hot tea and coconut cake after your therapy. The price is absolutely excellent for the service. The spa is beautiful and the service was fantastic! We came here during our honeymoon and had a great experience. We got the Smooth as Silk package and it was great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious spa treatment while in Chinag Mai!

Everything was so great! I felt very welcomed and we had a treat in the beginning and at the end of our massage. We filled out a questionnaire with our preferences before our massage. During our massage, she checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend!

This spa experience was lovely. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. From start to finish it was gentle and relaxing. My therapist Nin did a great job working out the knots but still used light pressure.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. I was picked up from my accommodation and taken to the spa. I had a wonderful scrub, clay wrap, massage, reflexology and jacuzzi experience. I throughly enjoyed the service, the attention to detail and the responsiveness of the spa from start to finish. I highly recommend this spa. It was a wonderful experience.

We had Bee and Orn for Thai massage, Orn’s pressure was good and flexible for your needs, and she effectively presses some acuppoints which was really good! Bee, was excellent and worked deeply on many areas of my body. The pressure was great and I felt well tenderized afterwards. She was attentive and checked to make sure the pressure was suitable. Highly recommended.

My wife and I both enjoyed the Zira Signature Package at this lovely spa in the Old City of Chiang Mai. The staff was attentive and helpful, our therapists were exceptionally skilled and responsive to our requests, and the facilities are clean and tasteful. Three hours went by in what felt like a few moments. I especially appreciated the Royal Lanna massage, which incorporates a lot of stretching and focus on specific pressure points. The facial treatment at the end is the perfect capstone to a deeply relaxing and refreshing experience.

A wonderful spa - great warm and friendly reception from the staff. An excellent massage (we tried the signature Thai massage at 2400 bahr. A special shout out to reception manager Sataang. They arrange a birthday surprise for me!
