Having experienced zip lining before in Kauai, I was interested to see what it would be like in Thailand. I had enjoyed the experience in Kauai, but to be honest, I had not been very impressed with the activity as a whole.

I can definitely say this changed my perception completely. Flying through a real rainforest, with long ziplines and beautiful scenery was exhilarating and breathtaking. My husband and I had the most amazing time and our guide knew how to make everything fun.

Afterward, we got a freshly cooked meal at their restaurant (absolutely delicious and so much food) where we got to make our own fresh papaya salad. We finished the day with a short hike to a waterfall nearby. The waterfall "hike" was more just a few stairs we climbed to see the waterfall but it was a nice addition.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience the rainforest up close and have a great time doing it.

Went in February 2020 and was a great experience. The meal afterwards was very tasty. Pick up and drop off from hotel which was great. Provide lockers for all your stuff. Our guides were amazing and we were lucky enough to hang with not 1 but 2 Gibbons, a black one and a white one. Little pricey but worth it in the end!

My husband and I recently had a great zipline experience with this company. While it was more expensive that a lot of other activities, it was definitely worth the expense for the trip.
We were picked up promptly and dropped back afterwards to our hotel. Our ziplining guide was informative and entertaining, making the whole experience enjoyable for our zipline group. Our group was initally all strangers but everyone was so supportive of each other going round the stages and our guide put us at our ease so well that we all felt like friends by the end of the course. There was good attention to safety at all times and you felt very safe, attached to the safety line at all times, so able to enjoy the feeling of flying through the air at speed.
We went early in the morning and were lucky enough to see gibbons in the treetops which was fantastic.
The height and views over the jungle landscape was spectacular and it was great to be taken out of Chiang Mai into the green jungle beyond the city.
We were also taken to a beautiful waterfall and had a lovely lunch after completing the zipwire course.
Would recommend this activity and this company.

Although we did not a see any gibbons (and most do not), we could hear them throughout the tour and still really enjoyed the tour. There are only 3 gibbons in the family that lives in the area, so don’t expect to see them. I see a lot of 1 and 2 star reviews because they didn’t see gibbons, but they DO NOT guarantee it on their website so those hardly seem fair. Our Sky Rangers, Title and Charlie, were fantastic. They were so fun and really made the tour memorable. I always felt safe, and safety procedures were strictly followed by our Rangers. We were a small group and they were very friendly with all of us. There was a variety zip lines and repelling, and even some “double lines” where you go across with a partner! They also served us lunch where we got to make our own som tum salad (green papaya salad) which was really unique. It was a great way to get connected with nature and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adventure and isn’t afraid of heights!

I really enjoyed my time here.

I have to say our guides really made it. Balloon, and Mr Oh were very friendly and made the entire experience very relaxing (or as relaxing as you can get at that height!), they were playful and would show off as they zipped ahead which really helped show how safe the lines were. They also spoke good English, and Chinese to the Chinese members of our group. Balloon was also very informative, the walk up to the zip-course was slightly steep, but Balloon made sure to stop regularly to talk about the coffee beans (which you could taste), tea and other plants/aspects of the area to allow everyone to catch up without us being bored waiting.

There were 23 platforms in total. Most of which were reached by zipline, and a couple of abseiling and bridges. They provided a great view of the forest and was a great way to experience the more rural area outside of the city.

Lunch was lovely, there was plenty of variety and you could make your own papaya salad. There was also a band, and they served coffee made with locally grown beans. The company employs local people to help support the rural area.

I notice some reviewers were unimpressed by the lack of gibbons, if this is your main reason for going on this adventure, don't. There are only 2 families in the area and they constantly move around to avoid each other. I did not really expect to see them when I went there so wasn't remotely disappointed when we told they were not in the area. Frankly, there is so much greenery that even if they were there I doubt you'd see them! Its called flight of the gibbon because YOU are the gibbon soaring through the trees (duh).

Anyway I would really recommend this trip for anyone who wants a day out of the city
and among nature. 10/10.

I can't say enough about this place. Our sky Rangers Mr Balloon and Mr Song were just the best. The ziplines were amazing starting with the first at 800m, than zipping through the jungle with their wonderful humour and guidance (approx 12 with 2 rappels). The safety checks and attention to detail was bar none. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The lunch following was one of the best we experienced in Thailand. The whole team were nothing but professional but sure knew how to make you laugh. Don't hesitate and book.

The name itself is misleading, don't expect to any Gibbons. They told us at the beginning of the tour that we might not see any and some research after proves that there are very few in the area and your chances are next to nothing. The ziplining was fun and we felt safe but the tour guides guilt tripping us for good reviews and tips at the end felt unsavoury. Lunch was redeeming as it was pretty tasty with a chance to learn to make a Thai salad yourself. The waterfall was ok, nothing special. Hard to see why it's so much more expensive than all the rest.

Really fun experience! Agree with other reviews that it felt safe and the guides were informative and fun. Didn’t see any gibbons though!

The thai lunch after the course was delicious and then we went to see a waterfall which was nice.

We did the joint trip with an elephant sanctuary in the afternoon which was great, though in total we spent around 4 hours on the minibus as its an hour out of Chiang Mai to Flight of the Gibbon, and then an hour out of Chiang Mai in the other direction to the elephant sanctuary. This didn’t massively put a dampener on our day as both activities were fun, and most tours pick up from Chiang Mai anyway so if we’d done a different sanctuary it probably would have been the same - but if you’re driving yourself it might be worth looking in to! I would definitely recommend doing both in one day as although its a long day each of the activities only last around 2 hours.
