This area is a great place to take your family for a fun and adventurous trip that isn't too far from the city. I went a couple times on the jungle coaster and once on the zipline trail, but there are other activities to choose from and combine as a set. There is a local fee and a foreigner fee for the rides and attractions. Overall a great way to spend the day out in nature and with company.

If your kids like a short not so scary adventure, the jungle coaster here will be great fun. Some will be glad to know you can control the speed of the ride by yourselves, there are manual brakes. Other than the main jungle coaster highlight, there are a bunch of other zip line activities you can do here. The activities ain’t too expensive. They also have a great café shrouded in greens for just chilling out. But expect crowds, especially on weekends.

Was an interesting experience, but not sure if it was worth the effort and money though.
Takes slightly over an hour per way to drive there and back from the city centre.
Just queueing to ride the jungle coaster took 50 minutes. By the time it was over, we were glad we had not bought one of the packages, otherwise we would be wasting much more time standing in the queues.
It's not cheap too. The costs of the packages are kind of equivalent to a theme park day pass in many places elsewhere in the world.

The staff at the counter lied about the length of time that the roller-coaster lasts. They said 5 minutes, when in reality is less than 2.
They charge double the price for foreign customers and they don't show the Thai price on their menu! 300 THB FOR FOREIGNERS AND 150 FOR THAIS! We only paid for the roller Coaster, but the double pricing applies to all of the attractions.
I recommend that you avoid this place and don't give them your money!

Great fun! Wish we'd done the 36 stations rather than 14. Roller coaster short and gentle but thoroughly enjoyed by my 12 and 10 year old and even my 80 year old parents gave it a go! Can do QR code at roller coaster. Used information office there for package - 2000 baht for Roller Coaster, giant swing and 14 station zip line per person. Package included lunch or coffee and cake. Make sure you ask for package menu at restaurant as it's a bit different.

We did the jungle coaster and while it is faulty short it is fun. Each person drives their own cart with control of speed but it is dependant on the person in front. If they are really slow, you will need to go slow too. Thankfully I didn't have this problem but others in our group complained of this.

Our 6-year-old son was keen on doing some zip lining while in Chiang Mai and our guide took us to Pong Yang Zipline adventure park which is about 45 minute drive from Chiang Mai city centre. We were told the cost was 2000 baht per person for the full package, which I thought was expensive and I was not made aware of any promotions that would stand to reduce the cost substantially. I think the website should make the pricing transparent because you are essentially trapped into paying like it or not having already driven there. What was worse was that they no longer accepted credit cards, which meant that my 10,000 baht cash reserve for our last couple days in Thailand was immediately wiped out with a family of five. So be prepared for this before you go. There was also some hesitation as to whether my six year old can go on the zip line but after checking that his weight was over 20 kg he was allowed on. All of this didn’t create a fun feeling at the start.
Now to the good bits, the jungle coaster was good fun and the track well laid out. The zip lining with all its stations gave us all a thrilling adrenaline rush and lasted a good hour. The staff were attentive and ensured our safety all the way through. The giant swing then rounded it off nicely but my six year old had to forego that, again for being too small, but he was allowed a second ride of the jungle coaster as compensation. The included buffet lunch was very limited but then you didn’t go there to eat.
I think they need to do promotions for families and large groups as the cost is otherwise high for the admittedly good experience. Some transparency with the pricing on the website would also be good. Other than this it can be recommended.

Visited on the trip down from Mon Jam. The jungle coaster seems to be the hottest ride there. 150 baht per pax per play.

It's perfect for people travelling with kids. All family member can have fun in this place. We went twice for the jungle coaster, our 9 years old son loved it. The zipline might not be tall or long enough for some people but it was enough for us. We felt safe at all time, which is very important.
Highly recommended.

Let me start with the positive part of this zipline: the setting is really nice, in a lush jungle (right next to a road), the caffee is cute and caffee staff is friendly. However this is the only thing we liked. The safety is questionable (guides with unlocked helmets, three people on the same line at the same time, guides unzipping multiple people at the same time high up on the platforms, we were not roped on platforms multiple times). We`ve done multiple ziplines across the world and this was felt by far the least secured. The other thing that we disliked is that the guides rushed us along the course, it felt like they get a bonus if we finish in 30 minutes. The course is small, they say 37 stations but most of the ziplines are extremely short. The package included buffet lunch, however they ran out of food!?!, so we had to settle with a coffee and a cake (you can choose either coffee/cake or buffet, becouse we had a busy afternoon ahead we wanted to eat lunch. Overall we were disappointed, we paid way to much. So far the only thing in Thaildand that we were unhappy with.

Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me.
I've booked onto the course for Monday, and to be picked up by a shuttle bus, I'd like to know if there's a notification/phone call I'll get when there outside?

No notification call, be out in front of the hotel, be ready
