We booked transfers from and to airport and vehicle to get around ti visit tourists spots in Bangkok and Pattaya. The vehicle was always clean, punctual and driver can speak english. Recommendable for small and big group

We booked three transfers from this company. One was from SUV airport to Rayong, one from Rayong to Laem Ngop Pier, and one from Koh Chang to Bangkok. All three transfers were super-smooth. The drivers arrived on time, their driving style was safe, and personally they were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The vans were clean, the price was competitive (and somewhat negotiable). This made our trip with three small kids very enjoyable and comfortable.

Our family were in Thailand for a week. We decided that we want to take private vans for our trip around Bangkok and Pattaya. We were so happy that we did it. The company is so on top of things, clear communication, fast responsive...the drivers are always on time, experience drivers and recommended places to go. We definitely recommend them for everyone.

We are from Indonesia and travelled in a big group of 10 (which included 5 children). We used VBT to take us from Don Mueang Airport to a hostel near Lumphini, then from Bangkok to Pattaya and back. Overall, we had a satisfying experience. The van is spacious and comfortable to fit us all in. The drivers were friendly. The admin was quick, responsive and communicative. The rate was also reasonable. I highly recommend VBT for point-to-point pick-up van service especially if you are travelling in large group in Thailand so you can avoid all the hassle of taking train or bus.

The driver was very kind, patient and helpful unfortunately he speaks little English and we had to use google translate a lot of times. He is punctual and makes extra effort to find the places and restaurants for us. Appreciate his effort! Thank you Highly recommended.

Me and my friends are travelling from Philippines, and booked Van Bangkok Tours as we already have identified places we want to go in Ayutthaya. Every goes well, as we talk to Anon: - competitive price - accommodating to inquiries and - responds very well But on the day itself, things go a bit shaky due to the driver (Mr. Big): - the driver is late for 1hr (considering we book for 10hrs service) - looks like he came from a night party and still has a hangover - we had a stopover, he told us 10mins, yet he is the one who spent 20mins - EVERY TIME, we go back to the van, he is lying down on our seat and sleeping, with sweat all over his face/body, i repeat, every time - doesn't understand English well, hard to communicate - a 3min drive from Wat Maha That to Wat Ratchaburana took us about 20mins, as he doesn't know the way (OR doing it in purpose) and doesn't listen to the direction I gave, EVEN if we have a map (plus google map application) and showing it to him The van seems to be a party van, as it has all the accessories inside, a.) sound system, b.) large screen monitor, c.) party lights, d.) soft leather seats Going back to BKK, we contacted Anon (as Mr. Big is hard to deal w/) that we will opt to be dropped somewhere else, they charged us extra hour due to addtnl travel time to reach the place, even if the driver is late when picking us up, but we didn't want to argue anymore, as it might go nowhere. Overall experience: - Anon (owner): Service, Price, Communication and all is perfect - Van: very nice - Driver: very very poor Will be emailing the same to Mr. Anon and hope he'll deal with the driver, as it is ruining his business. Nevertheless, setting the driver aside, I would have gave a perfect review. Would still recommend this, just ensure that Mr.Big is not the assigned driver.
