Very happy with the service provided by Surasak during my 5 days in Bangkok. Travelled with 2 kids (3 years and 4 months + 8 months). 3 big luggage bags.
Services engaged:
1. To and fro air port
2. Whole day engagement to Safari World Bangkok ( include drive through safari park)
3. Whole day engagement to Kanchanaburi, lunch and train track
Surasak is a very kind gentlemen, on time and safe driving towards our destination and back. Car is clean and always keep you updated on the itenary. Can engage Surasak and Jirasak for their taxi services in Bangkok.

Khun Surasak is honest and reliable to arrange transport for our trip in BKK in June 2018, and even take our call via whatsapp when we have question on the arrangement. And very good rate.

Best and Most Reliable Driver in Bangkok..with Good Spoken English

Engaged Surasak as our driver for second trip to Bangkok in 2016. Very reliable and can communicate well in English. Look out for kids and elderly with great patience. Our group has 5 adults with 3 hyperactive kids. Very responsive and trustworthy. Reasonable rates.

We booked this driver based on reviews on trip advisor. Our first trip was to be picked up from the airport which we had no complaints about. Everything went off well. However we also booked a tour with Surasak and I wish we hadn't. after saying we wanted a van we were advised that Surasak couldn't take us but he would get a good friend to take us for the same price. We had specific things we wanted to see and a time we wanted to leave by, we were told this would definitely be done. First inkling things weren't as planned was when we found out he organised a taxi not a van as promised. Surasak then agreed to get us a good van with a good guide. 40 minutes down the road we were pulled over by the police and we had to wait 30 minutes while the driver received a ticket as there was a problem with the vans registration. After that we were pulled over another 3 times, we cut our ride at the floating market from 2 hours to 1 hour so that we would make the train ride on the Thai Burma railway (this was important to me to get to as my Grandfather was a prisoner on this) After being told repeatedly that we would make the train we missed it due to the driver not knowing where he was going and the van being constantly pulled over. we also missed bathing with Elephants as time was running out. I don't mind if something is not possible but don't promise to do something you can't. The guide was constantly drinking beer whenever we stopped and as a result we had to keep having toilet stops for him. There was no reduction in price to compensate us and I feel like this driver just scammed us. I would not use him again and would not recommend

Mr Pipat - Trustworthy driver with good command of English

My family of 5 booked Mr Pipat Khanti - whatsapp contact number +66 89 672 4249, for our recent trip to bangkok and Khao Yai. His command of English is very good and is very responsive on whatsapp, making booking and communication very smooth. Mr Pipat's taxi is very clean and can comfortably fit 5 adults and 5 small luggages. He is very friendly and trustworthy, and knowledgeable on road directions and places on interest in both bangkok and Khao Yai. He is a very safe and considerate driver as well, accommodating our requests and even suggesting possible places of interest to visit during our stay there, which made our stay very memorable. Highly recommend Mr Pipat to anyone, especially families, visiting BKK and/or nearby places such as Khao Yai, Pattaya, Ayuthaya etc !

He puts wrong information on TripAdvisor.This is very illegal in Thailand. I'm a Bangkok driver and he found me from good review on TripAdvisor..then he booked me for Bangkok tour after we made the deal..
This is the deal (Innova Taxi)
One day trip inside Bangkok and nearby
2500 B.
Half day for 6 hours inside city1500 B.
Price include tolls for highway, carpark fee
And he give me schedule of program (Places and time) before he flies. after I met him and during the trip he ad the places to visit but still keep same price and last day he needs half day tour. and give me 11.30h.but I went there at 11.00h.
He tell a lie..and he change program again..to Ayuthaya (outside Bangkok)after finish and back to Bangkok..he continues to shopping mall and then night market until 23.30 h...so It's one day trip but he try to pay for half day.every place he decided not me I just drive follow...
I had many groups booked me .but never have problems..
Warning to all drivers..
Be careful to make the deal with some kind of people (They are more dangerous than poison snake..Thai people know these very well) because they try to ad more place more time but try to keep same price

Great trip with Mr Sam

A group of 4 of us was at Khao Yai for 3D2N, spent 3days in bangkok prior to that. We hired our private driver, Sam, who fetched us from our hotel in Bangkok to Khao Yai, drove us around Khao Yai and then back to the airport on the last day. We paid him 3500thb/day for the first and third day where we travelled to and fro from bangkok and 3000thb/day for the second day when we visited different places in Khaoyai (all inclusive). So total, we paid him 10,000thb for 3 days (11hrs per day).

Sam was really nice and helpful, and could speak English (BONUS!). He knew his way around Khao Yai very well and barely used the GPS. Highly highly recommend Sam to anyone visiting Khao Yai. You can contact him thru whatsapp +66 87 830 8678 regarding ur trip. With him around, you would definitely enjoy ur stay in khaoyai!

The Best Car Rental in Bangkok

I texted Uncle Surasak for a roundtrip to Hua Hin on August 2017. Never expected, that we would get the BEST service from uncle and his wide. They are a very welcome person, nice driver/tourguide, and most important they really know how to treat customers.They help us to talk to the local people, they protect us from the sun heat and even during the rain (they really well prepared). Definitely will contact them again if we travel to Bangkok. And FYI, they offer the most affordable rental price. Hope to meet them again someday :)

We heard very good review for Mr Surasak from my friend, so we 3adults & 1 kid decide booked him for 5days tour in thailand. As per review, he is very nice person,good in english,cool & relax, very helpful and important thing is drive safely. He gave me very good impression and totally change image compare to others thailand driver from my point of view. Because I visit Thailand many time and found that majority taxi driver are dishonest for tourist. Like singapore artist phua chu kang said Mr Surasak " Best in thailand and south east aisa!!!" Keep up a good work Mr Surasak!!!
