Avoid them at all cost! Terrible service. I'm going to Phaya Thai BTS and was told there was only one stop Khao San Road on the way. But actually they went around the whole Bangkok and delivered other guests in Silom, Sathorn and many other area. I have spent 30mins waiting and 2 hours travelling but it still didn't arrive Phaya Thai! The driver denied to explain and the customer service just asked me to wait. Old bus terrible smell and dirty environment. Nothing good at all!!!

We were approached in airport by two lovely ladies who said we could get the bus for 450baht for two ppl, we would leave in 20 mins and would take 30/35 minutes.

None of this was true.

On the website it's 150 baht rate per person.

We waited over 20 min then a further 20 min on bus to go.

We were on the bus nearly 3 hours before we reached our hotel. We met traffic for only 30 minutes of this drive.

We asked the driver when would he go to our hotel who replied with "go get a taxi"

We also rang the helpline who actually couldn't help just said they would pass on the message.

Really bad service.

Their schedules are purely ficticious - the bus will leave only when the last seat is full, not one second earlier. This can mean waits of 45min or more if there are few people when you get on. The driver will constantly make up lies or excuses.

For a similar price, you can share a taxi between two people. Alternatively you can take the public bus A1 or A2 to the Skytrain/Metro, or the train if you can find it. Any of those options will be vastly more realiable. Stay away from this bus, it is shameful that the Thai airport authority allows this!

What everyone says is pretty much true... the bus waits til it is full. The ladies spin you a yarn, and if you are going places on the end of the itinerary you'll be on the bus forever. If you're one of the early stops (We took the first to get the MTS) it's fine and a wee bit cheaper if you negotiate the fare down. We paid less than many on here are quoting and for 4 or us it was cost effective. Just tell them you're getting a Grab and they'll cut a deal.

Arrived at Don Muang airport at 6:30pm,I asked how long before the bus left they told me 15 mins but it was more like 25mins,they obviously wait for it to get full before leaving

Took 45 mins direct to Khao San Rd..make sure you don't get the other one that takes forever

Good value for 150 baht, comfortable minibus with wifi

If there is more than one fo you though just take a taxi

Crap service and a rip off, you're much better off getting the A4 bus for 50 baht!

I took this bus because they told me they would stop on Thani road... 3 streets away from khao san. They didn't. They only do one stop at the bottom of khao san rd. It may not seem far but with heavy suitcases it is! I wouldn't have minded if it was the local bus as I would just have expected that to stop at the bus stop. But they told me it would stop on the road I wanted. When I asked the bus driver about this, he just chuckled as he knew it was too late and I was stuck.

The bus is a run down minibus, so you're not travelling in luxury either!

Avoid at all costs! Promised to be in our hotel in 35 minutes after we waited 20 minutes. It was rush hour but it took nearly 3 hours to get there.

Bus driver responded to my questions with 'I don't know you should get a taxi'. Extremely rude and basically told us he didn't care.

I rang a call centre to ask could they inform us on why it took so long and they were no help at all.

Seriously do no get this transport!

Coming thru the hall of Don Muang, looking for transport down to Phaya Thai, i pass the taxi guy offering a ride for 800 B. I know there are cheap public transfers and a taxi should be about 300 i guess.
But there is this sign from "Limo Bus", 150 B. The girls working tells me it may take 20-30 min before they leave, i pay and book.

20-30 min later we get called out to the bus. a nice bus with aircon and Wi-Fi. And i think that it's much more comfortable than a cab.
The driver speaks ok english, i follow the ride on my phone to be alert when we getting close to my stop.
He drives pass my hostel, stopping outside the entrance. I tipped him (which i rarely do) and could not have been more satisfied with their service.

Wow, I had such a terrible experience with Limobus, definitely the worst part of my 2 week trip in South East Asia!

We were originally walking towards the Taxi stand but were greeted by a friendly, smiling face who promised that with only 150 baht a person, the Limobus would drop us off 3 minutes from our hotel in 40 minutes. We emphasized multiples times to her that we were on a time crunch and that we truly could not have a delay in our drop off. She promised us multiple times that the bus would get us to our destination in 40 min. We agreed and paid the 150 baht per person.

Around 30 minutes into our ride, we looked at our GPS and it stated that we were only 5 minutes from our destination, so we were thinking--"nice, we will arrive 5 min earlier than expected!" This, however, was not the case! The driver made a total detour and 40 minutes into our ride, we made a stop (that was not our stop). Some passengers got off and some others got on. By now, the traffic was starting to pick up. Around 1 hour into our ride, the driver made another stop and dropped off and picked up passengers. Finally 1 hour 20 minutes into our ride, we were told by the driver that this was our stop. So we get off, the bus leaves. We look at our GPS to only realize that we got dropped off 25 minutes away from our hotel! We had to take Bangkok's public transportation system (which we were very unfamiliar with) and pay an additional 40 bahts pp to finally get to our hotel. After 2 hours of frustration, sweat, and some tears (yes, I was so frustrated) we made it to our hotel when we were promised 40 minutes! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Listed as a 40 minute express busride from the airport which leaves every half hour, in reality the bus doesn't leave before it is full and I had to wait almost an hour and a half before departure. I would have been in the city center by bus/skytrain by the time the bus left. Take a taxi or bus/skytrain!
