Limousine Express was established with the mission of delivering first-class chauffeured transport, reasonably priced and skillful 24/7 customer service. Providing a superior level of service, cutting-edge GPS technology and an extremely innovative driver communication system such as smartphones and CCTVs are incorporated into our fleet of cars, streamlining communication between all our customers and our call center department. At Limousine Express we proudly hire our drivers as in-house employees and all have received the highest training by specialists.

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

This company handles the Emirates business class transfers. Our in bound drive was ok but they came 30 minutes late to our hotel on the way back. The cars were nice Mercedes Benz. They need to allow more time in between jobs due to the Bangkok traffic!

We had the displeasure of their services as they are used by Emirates Airlines for their chauffeur service in Bangkok for Business and First class passengers.
The drivers are miserable and there is no sign of a smile! They seem very unhappy with their jobs.
They don’t particularly acknowledge the passengers in any way.
Compared to the chauffeur service companies Emirates uses in other countries, this is by far the worse!
No courtesy, no smiles, no manners, no professionalism. Certainly would not recommend!

I hired a fast track service in bangkok airport for departure. The Limousine Express gave me a phone number to contact its staff so I asked Marriott hotel staff to call that number to set a meeting place. But the airport staff of Limousine Express just said to Marriott hotel staff "call me when you arrive airport" and hung up. No more phone calls from her. I wanted to set up a meeting place with her but she didn't give any direction to me. I called the headquarter of Limousine Express to contact and set up the meeting place but the staff of head quarter said "Call to airport staff not to me" and hung up.She was too rude so I discard Lomousine Express service. The Limousine Express is not good partner for bangkok trip.

I have previously used this company for private transfers from Airport to Downtown hotel in Bangkok a few years ago, decided to use them again for my next trip in August 2016. Made an on line enquiry via the website about 4 weeks ago and got a reply, I replied with a question to which I didn't get a reply. So I made a booking on line 2 weeks ago, I didn't get a confirmation email so I sent an email the following day to see if the booking went through. No reply...waited a few days and sent another email, still no reply. Turn out the booking hasn't gone through as I checked my credit card today and no charge, the service or lack of in this instance has made me look at other transportation options.

I contacted this company shortly after booking to confirm they received my request and knew that we had a few additional luggage pieces.
I got no response after a couple messages and several calls.
It was horrible trying to contact a tour agent with this company number. They charged my account for the ride and didn’t provide my party a service or respond to a inquiry. I also had Viator contact them directly and also no response.
I do not recommend this company simply because the business is handled very poorly.
