I've been coming to Bangkok for 20 years and I had a lot of experiences with poor quality tailors (there are countless of them), who offer fabrics that pilling after 1 year I finally found a real professional.
Great welcome by Lucky the owner, very friendly, excellent advice on the choice of fabrics and cut, and great quality and no fakes.
In addition, the suit is made in 24-48 hours directly delivered to the hotel.
Finally, a great plus, BM Tailor keeps your measurements and if you feel like re-ordering a suit, they send it to you by parcel all over the world!
I have ordered a lot of 3-piece suits, countless shirts, and a coat made in 2 years. Each piece still gives me as much pleasure as the first day.
So in summary, perfect quality suits, stylish, and perfect quality of service (competence, speed, empathy, responsiveness via Whatsapp, Lucky responds in minutes or seconds). A real case study in service marketing; I'm a university professor in marketing and could cite BM Tailor as a perfect service provider :)
I can't recommend them enough. Don't waste your time with other bad faith tailors.

I visited Bangkok and have to make some suit for work. this tailor made me the best suites and shirts ever at a very good price compare to any other tailor I visited in Bangkok. The suites were so good my co-work wants me to introduce this tailor to them incase they ever visited Bangkok.
each time I wear the suites and shirts i am complimented
I wish he has a branch in the States, I will never have to worry about buying shirts or suites

I was fast talked into buying two coats from these "tailors". They promised us high quality and charged us accordingly. This would not have been a problem, except the coat had holes, did not fit, and were not properly made (hence not high quality). We were forced to report this to the local police. They promised to refund us all of the money paid only to then deny refunding us anything at all. After weeks of going back-and-forth, having them not return our messages, they finally offered us a fraction of the money we paid (for coats that in the end were never delivered as promised) after we requested a copy of the sales receipt (which they refused to hand over). Sadly, this too was a lie and they never voluntarily refunded anything to us. We had to file fraud charges with our credit card company.
Our advice: go anywhere but here. Anywhere.

I came across this tailor and it was a horrible experience. Everything we purchased did not fit. They promised my money back, but when I tried to call to get the money back, they would not answer.
Stay away. They are not delivering on the promised product. STAY AWAY.

Originally Mr. Lucky and I agreed on 2 blazers, 2 shirts and 1 female jacket for my wife for a total of 17,000 BHT, for which we paid upfront (our mistake). Fitting was scheduled for 2 weeks later, i.e. 1 day before our departure from Bangkok, and it turned out that Lucky forgot about the shirts! He showed us the order which did not even mention the shirts, although we were discussing the cut and fabric for at least an hour! To make it worse, one of the blazers is completely different than the one I chose, it looks very cheap to say the least. When I asked Lucky to show the sampler with the fabric I selected, he said he doesn't have it as he had sent it to the factory! What a bunch of lies! The quality of the other blazer and female jacket looks a bit better, but still the cut does not make them appear as if they're tailor-made. I'm afraid Lucky knows very little about measurements and tailoring as 4 sessions weren't enough to fix the mistakes (!). Moreover, the linings that we chose for our blazers and jacket were completely different from the ones we originally selected - but this is probably the smallest problem when compared to everything else.
In summary: we got scammed. We should have done some research upfront about BM Tailor. The only reason Lucky gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because he agreed to return 7,500 THB in cash for the 2 missing shirts and the cheap quality blazer. Doing business with Lucky (who has 2 other shops in MBK) is certainly not worth your money and stress.
In summary: we got scammed. We should have done some research upfront about BM Tailor. The only reason Lucky gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because he agreed to return 7,500 THB in cash for the 2 missing shirts and the cheap quality blazer. While visiting Thailand in November 2016, I purchased a suit for my boyfriend that's was intended on being his Christmas gift. On Christmas morning, once he tried on the suit, the cut and fit was for someone half his, even though my mother and I had spent over an hour detailing in the store what I needed and even showing a picture of my boyfriend for body type and size.
I immediately reached out via phone, as I was instructed to do if for any reason, there was an issue with the suit and sizing. Initially, the owner was very helpful, I explained what was wrong with 2/3 pieces of the suit, and he was more than willing to make the alterations and ensured me that it was going to be absolutely fine. He was very concerned with having a good "trip advisor review" because they want their "customers happy because it's good for business and we want people to come back" I mailed the suit back to Thailand, and followed up to make sure it was received and the alterations were under way. I was told the alterations "had been done nicely" and mailed back to the US on "Thursday". This conversation took place on 2/5/17.
Fast forward 3-4wks later, I allowed enough time for the suit to travel through customs and everything before I reached out again, to inform BM Taylors that I have yet to receive the merchandise via WhatsApp. I could see where he owner was online and the time each message was being read. It's been several days and he refuses to answer me, and I have 1/3 of a suit that I paid for. They are frauds, who took my money and kept my merchandise! You're better off going to a real tailor and not one in a mall. I learned the hard way.

We travelled to Thailand many times. I have 12 business suites from 5 different cities/tailors and had never problems like this. We had the first two fittings at the beginning of our holiday and had the final fitting 3 weeks later.
The first fittig you try something like a west. The second fitting you have the complete suit. For all other tailors at the second fitting the suit was almost a perfect fit and needed very minor changes only.
At B.M. tailor the second fitting was a terrible fit and the owner even didn`t see that the fit was very bad. All fittings were done by the owner himself who has no idea about tailoring. We had 5 fittings and the tailor was unable to see/ fix the problems. After the fourth fitting I told him I want my money back. After this escallation he called the tailor to do the fitting. The tailer knew what to do, but as the owner took wrong measurements the possible modifications were very limited.
After the 5 fittings we got 5 suits (three male and two female) with a middle quality fit. When comparing with any of my other suits the difference is like made by a trainee or by a master.
I had issues like forgotten buttom holes on one arm or ripped pockets after one week. Also the material was bad quality, even it looked good in the shop it got worn out fast.
I can only recommend to stay away from this tailor who has at least two shops at MBK mall. There a hundreds of tailors in Bangkok and all can only be better compared to B.M. tailor. Next time I will do some research on tripadvisor before ordering.
