We went Suanluang RAMA IX Park for the flower show on December 3, The flowers and the park were beautiful. The park was well maintained. The park was crowded in the evening. We paid 10 Baht a person and 50 Baht a car. It was difficult to find a parking space.

We went to the Rama 9 flower event on December 6, 2020. The flowers were beautiful. There was a music band playing in the park. The food shops were nice. The park was well maintained. The best time to visit is in the morning.

The Grand national park in Bangkok is not to far from The international airport by car only half and hour. Very beautiful flowers over the areas, they have S&P restaurant inside for meal. Duck boats are attractive a family. Feeding many fishes, walk and jogging. Great relaxing day here...!

This is a beautiful park for photography. It is also a nice place for a walk to feel like you've left the busy city.

We got the BTS to Udom Suk and a taxi from there to the park. The taxi driver was determined to take us to the local shopping mall (Paradise Park) but we managed to get him to take us to the park (suan luang). We arrived at about 10am and it was already quite hot. There is a tiny charge to enter, about THB10 per person. We walked around the park seeing all the lovely gardens we came across, we found a lovely conservatory where could sit down in the shade at one point. It was just so lovely to be somewhere peaceful for a while. We walked for over an hour then cooled of in S and P restaurant before getting a taxi to nearby Seacon Square to shop for a pressie for our grandson and then walked next door to the Dusit Princess for a cool beer before heading home.Well worth a visit to see a park that is mostly for locals with only a handful of tourists.

A beautiful park to the East of Bangkok and costs a measly 10 baht entry. It has a huge lake with boats available for hire at 40 baht and 40 baht deposit which is refundable. Highly recommended if you are in the city..........

Green park spread out on a large area, very well maintained with plenty of shade under many trees. There is a small lake in the centre of the park, where kayaks and water bicycles can be rented for modest amount of money. Plenty of joggers come especially on weekends and afternoons.
All in all, one of better parks to visit and have quality time around Bangkok.
