Neighborhood: Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
How to get there

Better not to go if locker is not provided and your belongings are placed unattended while you are nude and head upside down during the massage process.

I was in the neighborhood with my wife and we both needed a good massage,so we stopped in at Sakura.

It's a gorgeous place, nice staff, but...

I've lived in Thailand 10 years and have had many massages--and this fell far short of a real Thai massage.

We both had two hours of masseuses aggressively, kneading our muscles.

That is not a Thai massage.

A Thai massage is a symphony of movements; its well orchestrated movements: bending, stretching, pulling and relaxing muscles. It's scored like a symphony: it has a gentle build up, it reaches a crescendo and it gently resolves. You feel like you have a new body when your done.

This was nothing like that. It was mindless, random, incomplete. Instead on a symphony, it was an amateur beating a paint bucket and playing a kazoo.

It's the first time I cut a (supposedly) Thai massage short.

At first I booked 1 hr foot massage and 1 he aroma oil massage, and then I decide to change to 1800thb promotion of 2 hrs oil candle massage plus 1 hr foot massage :)

Friendly staff, basic decor but the therapist her skills is good enough! Recommend for people who stay at Thong Lo or Ekkamai nearby :D

I had 2 hours massage with aroma oil. U can choose a oil In beginning. I chooses coconut, but when massage begins they didn't use coconut.

After that I had 2 hours massage with was not relaxing and comfortable because of the untrained woman. She really did not know what she is doing.

The way she massaged was just hard pressure nothing else:

I would never come again and not recommend at all.

2 hours is about 1300 baht with is a lot for Thai conditions.

Not even 1 star.

The spa is unassuming but spotlessly clean and gives great value for money.
I had a promotional package which included an aromatherapy massage, body scrub and foot massage.
The masseuse was great and I actually fell asleep.
The quality was comparable to some of the more expensive spas and I will definitely be back

After reading the reviews on here and other social media websites I decided to email for a booking for a promotion off of 2500bht I received a reply within the hour and felt in full confidence
Emailed back to confirm booking etc..and got a acknowledgment via email
We arrived at the agreed time of 10 mins before appointment
The place really didn’t look the inviting with shoes around the door area just left in a mess! I understand the respect of taking your foot ware off before entering
We proceeded to the front desk where the receptionist was on her phone..mobile
Once she had finished the call and this wasn’t a issue she said..you have booking for foot massage?
We said no..and then gave her our name and she then said sorry can’t have today?
I said I had a email to confirm the appointment, she then showed me the same email on her phone in thai, after that she got very frustrated and said ok ok...you sit there
Great customer service...not!!
There where 2 other customers in the reception area that I heard speak and could hear they where from China
She after a few minutes came over and said ok heres your invoice, I said you want us to now pay before the treatment..given they claim they are high end spa..I have never heard this before
We decided enough was enough and I went to speak to her whilst she was dealing with the Chinese customer and said we will leave it..her reply without looking up was ok!!
We left and I emailed them straight away to explain what had happened..and what a surprise no response!!
When you search in this area they are at the top of google..I can tell you now that it’s not because they are brilliant, but they pay to be there..so please avoid and shop around we found another spa nearby and the service was fantastic

Made a booking today. When I arrived, they told me they could only do Thai massage as other rooms were fully booked. What’s the point of making a booking if useless staff are unable to inform me. Don’t waste your time as there are much better spa in the areas.

I had a facial treatment for 1 hour, they have a vacuum machine to suck my blackhead out. Afterwards, they targeted some of the major acne and treat it. It was not too painful. At the end they put a facial mask on my face and I just fell asleep. The staff their give me a massage during this time. It was a pleasant experience. I tend to try their massage too.
