We've visited numerous trampoline parks in the U.S. but had yet to find one in S.E. Asia. The facility is brand new and extremely well thought out. There are a variety of activities and spaces for children and adults. Trampolines, dodgeball, foam pit, basketball all within a large air conditioned space. A western parent's dream. There is a lounge area with free wifi, small cafe, tvs and comfortable seating for those who don't wish to participate.
The best time to visit is M- Th when the rate is discounted. Also, grip sock purchase is required for entry.

First off, the sign in process is laborious and while some of the data may be needed, it is a bit over the next top. The next thing, the choice of music may be "hip" but the language would make a drill sergeant blush. Not great if your there with a group of 10 year old girls. All that said, it's a great facility and the kids had a great time. Good attention to safety and cleanliness.

The place is very clean and a safe environment for children.
Adults can go into the play area to watch the children, while they are playing.
A good place for kids to exhaust their energy.

The place is nice but a rip off. We were forced to give away all personal data such as mobile phone number, email address etc. so they can bombard us with advertisments we do not want to receive (sure, they said they won't send any - haha, good joke!). The fees are very high and on top they force you to buy overpriced ripped socks, although we brought our own. We visited this place to see if it's suitable to have our daughters birthday party there, but sorry, not again!

We looked at this place to have a Birthday Party for our daughter. After calculating a bit myself, I noticed that the Party package was really overprized. I talked to the manager, but even she couldn't tell me for what I was paying ... 1/3rd of the price was for the 'room'. There are many places where you can do a party but never had to pay for the room itself. Even the food was not included in the package. Can you imagine a party without food ... Also the time is very limited. So after 2 hours, you have to sent everyone home.

I've visited a number of these trampoline parks in various countries with my son and this is by far the best I've experienced. It is so well set up, it's safe, well supervised, clean and organised.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the cafe serves great coffee and all in all it's a great day out.

Had my daughters birthday party here, I think about 15+ kids. The manager was very helpful and also met the owner who was a very sweet lady. Overall the kids had a great time and as the facility was fairly new they allowed a bit of extra time. One girl lost her iPhone in the sponge pit. The staff was nice enough to turn off the music and ask for silence while we tried to call the phone to see if we could find it, no luck. They told us they would find it when they cleaned the pit next time, another three weeks as it was just cleaned recently. Sure enough when they cleaned the p it they found the phone called the girl and reunited her with her phone. Great job. Over all it was fun had by all. I will agree with other posters that the price is a bit steep and that is something that should be addressed. Overall a good time was had by all.

Went with 5 teenagers in a week day.. so hardly anyone here. So they could play easily on all areas. This place is not that big so would be hard if the place was busy. Not sure if they limit number of kids in each area. Great cafe to wait in with drinks and food. Staff are friendly and safety conscious.
