Located in the Khaosan Road, and home of the Ruamjai family for over 50 years, you will experience a spa which blends the old and the new. Sumet Ruamjai, inspired Bangkok architect and entrepreneur, has created a spa concept which takes its inspiration from the classic Thai shop-house style and has blended it with a contemporary Thai interior design.

Returned to Bangkok after 3 years of Covid issues and nice to see Ruamm Spa had survived.
Enjoyed my massage again here. Had special foot massage which included shoulders,back and head. Was superb and lady hit all the right spots. Only 300 baht which would have cost me five times that in Australia.

The service was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly the spa was very very clean I lived in bali for 11 years and had many massages in bali but the thai hot oil massage that I had at Ruamm Urban Spa Retreat was one of the best I have every had and the owner was very charming and friendly I will certainly go back there for many more massages before I leave bangkok I would give them a 10 out of 10

This place rocks. We were walking through the area after a long day of shlepping around the city -- didn't stay in the neighborhood -- and saw this little oasis. The place was completely full but the owner got to us in minutes and did my foot massage himself. His hands were MAGIC. I cannot wait to go back - I actually want to head back to Bangkok after the beach just for this massage, no kidding. The place is clean, cute, calm, with comfy chairs, quiet music and the all-important AC, and the masseuses are professional, which isn't always the case in Bangkok. Just go now and your feet and gams can thank me later.

I visited this place by chance. The place fascinated me because of its location and decorations. The owner named Pae who sit behind counter welcome me nicely. He suggested and described me variety of Traditioal Thai fusion massage programs. I took salt scrubb therapy, hot herbal ball compress and end up with a few head and shoulder massage. My private massage room is so stylish and beautiful that you can feel the true ralaxation. Thank you and hope they can commit the exellence services next next time.

This is a class act. The interior decorations are fantastic, the therapists are really good and unlike many so called spas, it has all of the correct equipment. Definitely will go again next time in Bangkok. And despite all the money which has been spent on fitting the place out, the prices are no higher than anywhere else in Bangkok

This May I went to Khaosan Rd to find a nice spa.
There was some but not any special witch I was looking for.
Until I found Ruamm spa.
The design was unbeliveble and also the masours was so proffesianal.
It make me relaks alot, and also feel very good after the massage.
I took foot massage and shoulder massage.
It was so good, I will strongly recomend this place for people who want somthing special.

First 15min of the 30min footmassage the massage was relaxing. Until 3 noisy Chinese women entered the shop. They ware very impatient. So our massage ended at 25min so they immediatly could help the impatient ladies.

This is my favorite spot for massage, period. I like a lot of pressure, and ended up getting 3 different people the 3 times that I went. All were excellent.
They offer an hour long sports massage for $700 baht that's everything I've ever wanted a massage to be. The foot massage is also fantastic.
I miss this place now that I'm back in the states. I wish I'd gotten more massages here!

not good as it sound, the masseuse were not professional at all, not relaxing while the staff yelling each other the entire time.
and the place looks very bad compare the photos on site.
there is planty of good places near by, just dont go there.
