First 15min of the 30min footmassage the massage was relaxing. Until 3 noisy Chinese women entered the shop. They ware very impatient. So our massage ended at 25min so they immediatly could help the impatient ladies.

My friend and I had both arrived in Bangkok that afternoon and were feeling weary before we stumbled across Ruamm and decided to get a traditional Thai massage. It was both of our first time so we didn’t really know what to expect, but I really enjoyed it and felt relaxed the whole time. I did laugh a lot but the masseuse was very nice and light-hearted about it so hopefully she didn’t think I was being too rude! Some people have complained about the chatting between the employees but I didn’t feel like it was a problem as it was infrequent and quiet, and at times they spoke to us or it was between another masseuse and her client. …

Was back again in Bkk and enjoyed a couple of massages at Ruamm. Foot and leg is excellent value, and finished with neck and shoulders. The guy I had used just enough pressure to make me really feel it, without it being painful. An hour later I was feeling great!

I just had a terrible experience in Ruamm. I am a very patient person and would have normally let it go if the massage is not up to par. However, this time I was so pissed off that I did not finish the full hour. The therapist was constantly babbling with the other therapists and despite telling her that I have a stiff neck and she needs to put more pressure on my back she has the audacity to smirk and cajole me as if I was a child. First off I was not feeling good already, the pressure was so soft as if she was massaging a baby despite telling her to put more pressure and to make the situation worse was that in the middle of the session she covered me with a towel and left without informing where she was going. It took her more than 10 mins to come back and did not even apologize despite seeing that I was about to get up and change. Then the chatting which was so annoying that I just had to leave. I paid the full hour and told the lady at the reception how bad it was but maybe she didn't get it. Go somewhere for the massage, it was a total waste of time!!!…
