Traffic in Bangkok is crazy so any way to see the sights without a car gets points. This is a lovely and elegant meal served (not a buffet) on a traditional barge with live singers and dancers. The only downside is the lack of any...More

We chose this dinner cruise as it looked ok to take a cruise on a thai timber junk boat with thai food included and entertainment. They did try hard but I felt a little bit deflated every time we saw one of those massive and...More

Disappointed in communication from the beginning. That should have been an indicator of what was to come. Trying to find the right pier to be at and how to get there was a challenge. Nothing was marked at the pier and no one from the...More

A wonderful cruise! Food was delicious. Even though served quite quickly (cruise time is limited), the taste was wonderful and the choice huge. 3 short traditional dances performed can be marked as "tick" - the scenery outside the boat is wonderful! Chao Phraya at its...More

I had been really looking forward to this based on the reviews. I don’t pay too much notice to negative reviews as I tend to feel people are more likely to complain than praise. However in this case some of the negative comments I agree...More

They squeezed us in at the last minute as we booked late. Very friendly service. Relaxed boat ride compared to the other "party" boats on the river. Food was just ok and traditional dance seemed a little rushed but overall a great experience.

We had a very lovely experience with Loy Nava. We were picked up from the hotel right on time. The vessel was an antique rice barge which made the experience unique. The traditional food preparation was very good. We had requested vegetarian and low spicy...More

If you get motion sickness or seasick, this is not the trip for you as the water gets pretty choppy at times. If you are a foodie, this trip is also not for you as the food was badly cooked. (Eg. very tough and dry...More

No dress code but I highly recommend flat shoes as the toilet is downstairs and to get there it’s down a very narrow stairway. Remember to wear cotton or anything cool as it’s humid. The sea breeze will help cool down the... More
