She asked us what we were looking for in our massages and made sure she conveyed what we wanted to the therapists. We also had a welcome snack of fruit and tea. The massage room was just ok. We were served with iced tea, watermelon salad and cold towel upon arrival. This arrangement was excellent especially in hot weather. We booked a couple room and it was quite spacious and tidy. The massage was really relaxing and the masseurs provided high-quality massage with just-right force for relaxation and relieving muscle tightness. They put particular emphasis on the areas upon my request. One thoughtful arrangement was that they used a bolster pillow for positioning the ankle when prone lying(not all spa would do so, but it was particular important for providing comfort). A wonderful experience! Been to the Silom branch, and I'm so glad to have found a place for regular facials. Loving the Thalgo products they use, and the facial massage is out of this world. The staff are super friendly, attentive and accommodating. Had a relaxing body massage today and Nancy took the time to really work the knots.
The place is super clean, with a warm and charming interior. They served a drink and snack before and after the session. The watermelon slice sprinkled with coconut shavings is a must-have. 😋

Just went there today,
The staff speaks fluent english and they will assist you all the way, They will give you some instructions along the way.
They will keep you accompany when you have people waiting for you and gove you refreshments Mango sticky rice, original Tea.
all in all Its a must visit spa, and i’ll be happily to go back here again when i go back to Thailand

I had a 60-minute Relax-atheraphy Massage with Paula last night. I would have booked 90 minutes, since I booked spontaneously for the same day. Paula was amazing: she was just extremely pleasant and made sure that the intensity of the massage was right for me, since I had indicated to the receptionist that I'd like a "medium" intensity (the massage was advertised as "soft to medium", with the exception of my lower back, which needed to be treated with more delicacy, since I'm recovering from a spinal injury in that area. Not only was Paula fully aware of my request, she also made sure at the beginning that our understandings of "soft" versus "medium" were aligned. The receptionist, too, was great and made me feel very welcome! The whole experience was wonderful, and I can't wait to return on my next trip to Bangkok!

This is our second visit to Infinity Spa. We visited before in 2018 and both experiences were just amazing. In 2018 we visited in a big group with 8 people and this time in 2023, only my wife and I 2 people visit, yet, Maria who is the reception head, actually remembered us and we had lots of laughters about our experiences. We enjoyed the signature infinity spa this time for 90 mins and everything is great. Both my wife and I found the warm herbal ball part the best. Value for money as well! We will surely revisit this spa, or their branch Infinity Well Being in Thong Lor next time when we visit Bangkok again! Love it!

I remember visiting the spa when they opened years ago. And I’m happy to see they’re still maintaining the same level of service many years later.
During my stay in Silom I went for 2 foot massages (with Tina & Nok) and had a gel manicure done by Yaya. All 3 treatments were done in a professional, friendly way and I’d highly recommend this spa. The receptionists are warm and welcoming and always a smile on their faces.
The spa is clean, well organized and I love the modern interior. They have some of their signature oil blends available. My favourite was the “Detox” which contains lemongrass and pink grapefruit.
And before the treatments you’re treated to a lovely detox juice which was so pretty, some fresh fruit. And after treatments, spoiled with their signature tea and a potion of mango and sticky rice.
Will be my go-to spa when in Bangkok. 🤍🇹🇭

First 1 Hour foot massage was excellent. So I booked a full body massage, this time for 2 hours. Could'nt wait. Was going to do this daily!!
Sadly, the 2 hours was taken up mostly by strategic slow motion prodding and hot towel dabbing with very little massage in between. I would say 1.5 hours (no joke) of my 2 hour massage was a well strategisted smoke and mirrors half-assed, well-practiced, time wasting routine. Unfortunately for me, I was completely unsatisfied and unfortunately for them, I never returned.... I would have gone back each day but instead Im giving them a 2 - NOT NICE!

I actually visited this spa in August last year, but I'm writing this review now because I forgot to then and I'm deleting some old messages from my phone and I saw one I don't remember getting from Nanny, Guest Relations Manager. Apparently someone put a 2-star review on here and they thought it was from me!
Well it wasn't. I had a great time there, it was all very chill (just what I needed) and very professional. I asked for a harder massage and that's what I received! Definitely a 5-star service, and I'll go again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Came to Bangkok on business for a couple days and needed some stress relief. Infinity Spa was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint! A bit pricier than your basic Thai massage but this was heaven. Lovely staff and incredible massage. Will definitely be back :)

There is nothing bad I can say about this place!!!!! You want the best massage Bangkok has to offer check it out please!!!! We did a couples massage and they were absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! We left feeling refreshed and feeling brand new!!!!!!!! We both looked at each other and said “MY PERSON WAS GOOD AS HECK!!” They hit every part of our body. 100/100!!!!!
The welcome cold tea was delicious and the ending of hot tea was right on point. The watermelon salad was good. I did not have the mango and sticky rice because I am allergic but the wife said it was good as well!!!!!
Skip all the other massage places and head right on over !!!

I just had one question: What’s the difference between the Infinity Signature Aroma Massage and the Relax-atherapy Massage?

Hi. The Infinity Signature is a combination of the Thai massage and the western style massage and includes aromatherapy oils as well as herbal compress, which is amazing.
The relaxatherapy is a softer massage - medium pressure and is western style massage for relaxation with oils.
Depends on what kind of massage you like - the Thai massage goes deeper and there is some stretching of the body. While the western massage is more relaxing.
