I've been in Bangkok for a couple of weeks getting some dental work done. I wanted to keep training while I was here and was lucky enough to find this place. Whatever aspect of your game you want to work on (boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, no-gi grappling, wresting...) and whatever level you are from beginner to pro, the trainers here will not disappoint. Facilities are also great, and if you happen to be travelling without any gear they have equipment to spare. They have a packed schedule (all available on their website) that means there's usually something going on you can get involved with. They are also happy to have a chat to work out a deal that works for you, whether you're training for a day, week, month or year. So all in all whether you're a seasoned fighter looking to polish up a particular aspect of your game, or a beginner that doesn't know a rear naked from a naked rear, give this place a go!

The old gym at Phrom Phong was amazing but this new shared space with cross fit gym Training Ground, is even more impressive.

It's the friendliest BJJ gym I've ever trained at but that doesn't mean they don't train hard! The coaches and students are dedicated to their training but are respectful and helpful, there is a very co-operative team atmosphere.

As a woman I'm delighted to see a good group of other women training here.

I've yet to experience any ego or showmanship from any of the guys, they are all really helpful and know how to adjust their level according to who they're training with.

A 3 min walk up Soi 69, which starts right by Phra Khanong BTS, it's almost as convenient and central as their last place at Phrom Phong but the space is even more impressive and exciting to train in.

Highly recommend this place for complete beginners, seasoned experts and everything in between!

I found this gym over a year ago when they were central BKK. They have since moved to BTS station Pra Kanong. Go out Exit 3 and at the bottom of the stairs, reverse directions (the escalator at Exit 3 comes up, but that's the way you want to go so make a U-turn at the bottom of the stairs). Walk to the next Soi and turn left. Near the end of the street on the right, you will see the sign for it. It's the 3rd (I think) building on the left inside the warehouse park.
The new space is bigger and better. It's open, so it's hotter but it more authentic. Mix of great classes and great fighters. Drop ins are welcome (that's what I do every time I visit BKK). Smoothie / coffee bar on site. Never had the coffee but the smoothies are good (B120). I can only review the muay thai and boxing as those are the only classes I take. Both are fantastic and tiring. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's now the only place I go when in town.

While visiting Bangkok I made an appointment for someone, and spent money on transportation excited to provide a private lesson that was scheudled months ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed that it was cancelled, and only found out after contacting the person I booked the appointment with. I get that things happen, but it would of been nice to not find out last minute and upon arrival. It's a great place for training, but my friend had to train with someone else who didn't have the same skill as the person I booked the appointment with. It was a bit disappointing.

Apologies this happened to you both and also sorry for the late response, no one was tasked with responding to TA reviews until now. I can't work out what happened here, now so much time has passed, but it was before we had a better system in place for private class bookings. This kind of situation could not happen now but that obviously doesn't help you any! So all we can offer now is our regret and apology. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Thailand.

First off, everyone at this gym is extremely welcoming. Sometimes you walk into a gym and get the feeling they don't really want you there, NOT the case here. No egos or mat bullies. Everyone is super friendly, especially on the BJJ mat. You get a wide variety of experience levels, White to Black. Technique is top notch and the gyms cleanliness is top notch as well. If you just want to get a workout in or put in serious training time at a high level this place will meet all your needs. They also have a shower which is a huge plus. Go say hello and train for a few days. You will not be disappointed.

During my last business trip to BKK someone told me about a new gym that I should try. As it is very close to the Phrom Phong BTS station (where I was staying), I decided to give it a shot. This is the cleanest, nicest gym I have been to (US, Thailand, Singapore, and Japan). Their schedules are packed with a variety of classes: BJJ, muay thai, boxing, MMA, Fight Shape (conditioning). They even have a juice bar. . . but I did not try it this time.
Drop ins are welcome too which is great as I was there for business for the week. I took Fight Shape twice (Shannon is a great motivator) and boxing class once. With Sitsongpeenong trainers there for their muay thai, I am looking forward to going back. These guys are some of the best and should be tried if you are in BKK.
The only negative thing I can say is that I prefer to train muay thai at 7AM before I start my day, but they only had BJJ and Fight Shape at that time of the day. Next time, I will take Fight Shape in the AM and go back after work for the muay thai :-)

This is a great new gym in the heart of Bangkok. It's about a 7-minute walk from Prom Pong Skytrain station on the corner of Sukumvit and Soi 31 on the 4th floor of a building called the RSU Tower. They have a huge mat space for BJJ/grappling/ judo, a boxing ring, MMA octagon cage, many striking bags and a bunch of strength and conditioning equipment. There are showers and lock rooms, and they are open 7-days a week from morning till evening. There is a black belt jiu-jitsu coach, a super talented American boxing coach, a Thai MMA star, and their Muay Thai trainers are from the famous Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai camp. All in all, a pretty cool place to train when you are in Bangkok.

Been looking both online and in real life for a place to learn MMA. Finally found one right bang smack in the middle of Sukhumvit - just off Phrom Phong sky train station.
The staff are super friendly and for once a gym that doesn't stink of dry sweat and musty gloves! Hoorah!
The MMA basics that I got taught made me keep thinking about going back for more. Just haven't had time yet. But I definitely will be heading back once I get some spare time.

The location is ideal for those traveling by car or BTS skytrain, with motor way access and 5 minute walk from oh nut bts station. The masters training here are friendly, informative, and really know what they are instructing, and all of them bring a different approach to combat arts, so there are options to help you level up your game, get fit, or practice self defense. The changing rooms are clean and offer showering and toilet facilities. There is also a plant based cafe upstairs that has good healthy food and smoothies. Overall I’d say if you’re new to Muay Thai, BJJ, judo, or mma, and have been hesitant, this is a great gym to start at. As a beginner I felt welcomed from the first day, and all the people I’ve met have been great and helpful during training and practice sessions.
