Stunning ambience with warm welcome smile from super friendly spa staff made me feel at home at the very first visit. While having a body treatment was just like laying on top of the mountain at night that I could see shining stars above. Super relax! I might say. No matter how busy I am and how hectic traffic in Bangkok is, this spa is worth a visit indeed.

If you're looking for traditional Thai spa, Dii is not for you, located at the most high end mall at the moment Dii is very fancy to look at, I felt like I was in the Matrix movie! The reception team was very good and patient and answered our questions on their not so ordinary treatments. Bear in mind it's in a mall so it's not like a big spa complex w/ big rooms, I'd say it's a must try for spa lover.

Acclaimed one of the world's best spa destinations, Bangkok accommodates over hundreds of spa places ranging from casual day spa to full-service wellness centers. Among the finest brands, Divana has always been my favorite. As a big fan of Divana, I have recently had the opportunity to try "Black Marine Airnergy", the signature program offered at Dii, the newly-born upscale wellness med spa in town. The program started with sea salt foot scrub, followed by herbal steam, hot black jade massage, oxygen infusion and collagen skin nourishment. Time went by so swiftly. For the great two hours, I felt deeply relaxed.

Everything's like magic. At first sight, I was very much impressed with its fancy aesthetic ambience resembling the sea of stars. From reception to checkout, service quality is spotless. All in all, I would say this place is highly rated when compared with those in the luxury hotel chain. You should try it here once and I am sure the incredible spa experience will blow your mind away.

Fault Check-in Time, ( they took my 15 minutes for 2 hours session and I had to asked for the right check-in time). They don't let me lay on flat pillow that came with the bed, and I was so uncomfortable for the 1st 30 minutes with the towel pillow. So I told the massage girl, she then opened the hole pillow and it was much better. If I didn't say anything I would be laying comfy for the rest of 2 hours. I don't know why she wouldn't let me use it from the 1st place. Was it what the customer had to request?!? There is no service standard, compared to other previous I was there. So I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

This place is ridiculous. Not ridiculously good, just ridiculous. What spa has massage tables without a head rest?

When I was lying face down for the therapist to work on my back, I was supposed to put my head on some pillows which forced me between breathing or turning my head 90 degrees the whole time. I chose breathing, but that left me with a stiff and painful neck. I don't think I ever went to a massage and ended up in worse shape than when I started, but this is the effect of Dii Spa.

To be honest, the problem started with setting up the thing. It was suggested to me by my hotel ("thanks" Park Hyatt the luxury hotel with some of the worst staff in the world) when their spa was booked. I explained that I wanted a massage where someone manually worked on my muscles to get the tension out. I got to DII spa and the receptionist there told me that the Park Hyatt booked for me a Thai massage which was a dry massage with a hot compress called Organic Herb Compress. This did not sound quite right to me. so I asked about Organic Massage Lover instead. The receptionist shot me down immediately and she said that the Organic Herb Compress would be so much better for me. How she knew that after 90 seconds of my walking into the spa is a mystery. So I gave in, which was my biggest mistake. I wish I had walked out at that point.

Then we went to the treatment room. Just turning right down the corridor to the treatment rooms one is plunged into darkness. And it is really dark, as in I had no idea where the walls where. Everything surface is either a mirror or painted black. There are only a couple of candles on the floor. Thankfully my treatment room was the first door on the left, so I could just go in. There was a bit more light in there and a lot of crystals hanging from the ceiling, a table, an armchair and a tiny shower cabin. No idea how clean anything was as I could barely see the contours.
In the hallway I had met my therapist, who turned out to speak no English. She could say "sorry, ma'am", "no, ma'am", "okay ma'am" and "is the massage good, ma'am?", but nothing else. In theory the spa says that if one wants anything adjusted in the room, one should tell their therapist. But it was impossible to communicate. I could not understand when she told me to on the table after she applied the scrub on my feet. I asked if I should lie face down and she said "okay, ma'am". But when I did, she said "no, ma'am". So I turned over and then she said "okay, ma'am". I guess that means I did what she wanted me to.

About 35-45min of the 90min treatment was spent with her pressing some hot stones wrapped in towels all over my body. While this might be nice for some, it was also most certainly not what I wanted or needed at the time. Which I had told the Park Hyatt receptionist who made the reservation for me. Again, I wish I had walked out at that point. To be honest, I felt I could not do that to the poor therapist who was doing her best under trying (for both of us) circumstances. The real issue was with the Park Hyatt and the Dii Spa reception who should have made sure I had the treatment I asked for and a therapist who could communicate at least minimally in English. The "spa" is in my opinion beyond redemption (again: no head rest on the massage table? Or maybe it was not a massage table at all.) and the Park Hyatt should stop sending their guests to this place.

I was referred into this spa to get a good massage after a trip to Yangon and Chiang Mai. The staff are friendly and assuring. I had foot massage and hot stone whole body massage. I never had this before but a good try. I was taken into the room with closed eyes then opened my sight to a cool lighting. The music and lighting of the massage room is soothing and conducive. In the middle of my treatment I fell asleep that I even heard myself snoring. Ladda, my therapist used medium strength massage and jasmine oil that I chose during the orientation period.
The massage table was warm that made my body feel good lying on it. The warmth of the stone was just right in treating my sore legs and back from the long walks during the tour.
The spa is worth a good addition to retail therapy to a high end shopping mall.
I will try to come back here again on my next trip and worth recommending to friends and relatives

Mystique, clean facilities, friendly service therapists.
I was able to completely forget the fatigue of the day.
Also, Their spa products are so good.
I bought a green olive body butter and hand cream for gift.
If I visit DII again, I'll surely buy body products.

I am obsessed with spas. Back in NYC, I frequent Caudalie and a Korean spa near my apartment. When I decided to visit Bangkok, I selected two spas for massages - Dii and Panpuri. Both spas were great but Dii had the slight edge.

Checking in was great as the receptionist checked with us the basic spa questions - allergies, massage pressure and offered us refreshing, cool pomegranate drinks with a cold towel. The plus points were that we did not have to personally fill out these details, which really emphasizes the relaxation process.

Our shoes were immediately taken from this and placed away. Soon we were ushered to our room, which looks like a futuristic room with blue lit crystals with beautiful scents perfuming the entire room.

I chose the Juventide serum massage while my husband chose the warm herbal compress. For my treatment, collagen was slowly massaged onto my skin. My husband enjoyed his massage and mentioned it was one of the best massage in his life! He was fully clothed (cotton shirt and pants provided by Dii) while warm herbal compress were applied to his joints and pressure points.

For 90 minutes, we were massaged into utter bliss. I fell asleep at certain points of the treatment. I love how the massage ends with a warm towel scented with lemongrass. If only, I live in Bangkok, this will be a monthly ritual.

We stepped out of the massage room into the reception lobby and were served hot tea and fruits. Dii has great experienced therapists, a calm and serene atmosphere and is a spa everyone should try once.

I've been to other branches of Divana group. They are all fantastic, clean, relaxing and superb attention to all details. Dii wellness med spa is at newly open Central Embassy, easy access from bts Chidlom station. The design is so unique, feel like you step out to universe full of stars. The ambiance is magnificent. I treated myself to Juventide Immortal Anti-aging and Andaman Aura which I personally like the O2 Hydradermabrasion skin peel which i can see my face brighten right away. I learned after that this's signature treatment for Dii wellness. Many people come for oxygenating skin. The price is not cheap but it's worth. All the staff is true professionals and even though it's fully booked, i feel like i was alone there. The welcoming drink is so refreshing. And after almost 3 hours of treatment, how they know i was a bit hungry. There's a plate of Thai traditional dessert sticky rice with sweet mango and lemongrass tea waiting for me. How thoughtful! I left feeling rejuvenated physically & mentally.
