All from booking till safe arrival to destination excellent. Very fast reply to booking, paid small deposit by PayPal, driver arrived even earlier, very comfy and safe drive. Polite and service minded driver although we drove in very bad traffic from Cha Am to Bangkok. I travelled alone and felt safe all the time, so can very highly recommend and will certainly use again :).

We were on a cruise, 2 couples, Thai Happy Taxi picked us up at the cruise terminal and transferred us into Bangkok where we met our Happy Taxi provided tour guide. We couldn't have been more pleased. We spent 2 long days with "Tony" and our Happy Taxi driver(different driver each day) We estimate we saved 50% on the cost of other more structured tours and saw twice as much, plus the wives got to shop and weren't pushed along to see more sights. Everything was so flexible, it made for an ideal tour. I highly recommend Happy Taxi.

We used Thai Happy Taxi for our transfer from a Bangkok Hotel to BKK.
Great communication by email from booking through to transfer, even when we had to change our pick up address, very prompt with their replies.
Driver arrived at exact time requested.
Felt safe during the drive.
I’ve scored a 4 because the “Deluxe” car booked was a bit grotty on the inside and smelled musty which brought on my sinus allergy.
Also would have been nice if the driver spoke a little English to be able to have a chat, and knew very little basic English.
Despite this I possibly would use again.

Hired 2 VIP Van's for my family of 15 to explore Khao Yai. The drivers are always punctual and accommodating They even suggest nice places for us to go and have dinner. Thai Happy Taxi is always very responsive to your enquiries. I will definitely use them if I can to Thailand again.

After numerous bait and switch GRAB and BOLT experiences including one from U-Tapao airport to Jomtien beach hotel where short cuts through side streets and the driver watching TikTok and leaving us wondering if we’d get there alive, we were happy to come across reviews here. Thai Happy Taxi delivered…fair set price, clear communication, driver early arrival in a clean comfortable vehicle driven without distraction, 2 hands on wheel constantly and signaling when changing lanes. Ok he did go a little fast but we were overall very pleased. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

I've taken Happy Taxi several times sine my first glowing 5-star review in 2016 and unfortunately found the service to be hit and miss. The drivers are always polite and on time, but the last couple of times the baby seat has been poor quality and either not installed correctly or half broken (the straps on the last one were stuck and didn't adjust - what's the point??). Our last two drivers (to and from Hua Hin again) also went well over the speed limit - one reaching 140km ph (I have pics), and we had to ask them both to chill out with the speed a bit. I'll be trying a different operator for our next holiday, even if it costs more.

We have used happi taxi Thailand Bangkok many times for our trip down to cha am from Bangkok not once have they been late and they always show up...the drivers are polite cars always clean and we have NEVER had a bad driver...they are fair prices and reliable and most of all safe...I can't recommend this company enough..thank you good luck to all at happi taxi bangkok

On our Asia-cruise we used Thai Happy Taxi when we were docked 2 days in Laem Chabang. Our driver was a very nice guy, polite and friendly, the car clean and spacious. Conversation was not easy, because he didn´t speak any English. But as we had prearranged our tours already, this was not really a problem. The driver picked us up on-time at the harbour, checked with us the itinerday and drove us savely to all places. The only thing, why I didn´t give him an excellent rating, is the fact, that he and his GPS had difficulties to find the way to Wat Arun. Anyhow after driving past the same place 3 times and asking a local on his bike we happily arrived. To us it seemed he is not as familiar with Bangkok as he should be. The trip to Pattaya temple and back to the ship on the 2nd day was excellent and professional. Thank you! If we come to Bangkok another time, we`ll again use your taxi-service.

I could not fault this company. Hired them to take us from airport to hotel and then back to airport when flying to Chiang Mai 3 days later. Cars good drivers very safe on roads and on time. The price was reasonable and as I say in the title I could not fault at all. Highly recommended.

I had booked through Happy Taxi during my 7 nights trip to Bangkok and Pattaya in December 2018. When I again visited Bangkok in September 2019 for 3 nights - I once again used their services for airport pickup and drop along with 2 full days sightseeing of Ayuthaya and Damnoen Sadauk area. I payed them 8700 baht for the entire trip. Car provided was very good quality and driver service was very professional.

The price is 12500 Baht from Bangkok to Phuket for your requirement.
Normally it would take about 12 hours. Apparently the more stops we make the longer it'd take and we understand if we might have to make more frequent stops to accommodate the cats but they need to be used to long car ride.

Personally as good as Thai Happy Taxis are, if you are arriving at any of the Bangkok airports I would use a regular taxi service, for me it’s usually $20 AUD, or £12 to the hotel, check that price included the toll fees,there is a proper taxi rank below the arrivals hall, you will be asked if you wish to use the toll road, agree it’s quicker.
