We went from our hotel, the Anantara Siam half an hour late because of an accident with the car. Not at good way to start at 07.00 in the morning. Therefore we missed the Meaklong train market in the morning - but were told we could do it in the evening. The floating market was good, but when we got to the train market the guide had not checked the schedule, and we ended up not seeing the train at all. Because we did not want to stay two hours to wait for it. Not the experience we expected!

Our guide Nok Jason and driver Mr Bang treated us to numerous days of absolutely a wonderful time. Our experience from the fast lane pick up to such sites as the floating market, the temples and palaces of Bangkok and the ruins of Ayutthaya provided such a memorable experience. I have taken many private tours and this company and it’s employees ranks among the top. A big Thumbs up to them.

The travel company was recommended to us by our hotel (St.Regis Bangkok) and we had Nok Jason as our guide. Nok Jason spoke good English and was able to give us a great overview of Thai history and answer our questions about Buddhism and Thai culture very well. It was a private tour with just to two of us, which although it was on the expensive side, was worth the money as all the tickets and transportation were included and we were also given water throughout our half-day tour. The guide and driver arrived perfectly on time in the morning even though we were running a bit late ourselves. We visited the Grand Palace + Temple of the Emerald Buddha complex, Wat Pho and Wat Arun (we were able to sub Wat Arun instead of the Marble Buddha Temple because it was a private tour). The tour was around 4 hours total and we were able to have a late lunch in the hotel by the time we got back. The guide and driver even gave us a bit of a mini-city tour on the way back to the hotel. There were two issues we had with the tour – the first was mainly the hotel's fault for not telling us that we could pay the company directly so we didn't have enough cash to cover the tour and had to charge it to our room with an extra 5% service charge fee. The second was that at the end we were taken to a jewellery store by the guide where they tried very hard to push us on buying something that they claimed were 'authentic Thai gems'. We did the scratch test on some pearls and they seemed to be fake so we were a little put off by the hard sell at the end of the tour which was clearly a commission trap by the company.

We really enjoyed our day out with Sam and the driver (sorry I can’t remember his name). We visited the Railway Market, the Floating Market and the Grand Palace. Sam was particularly helpful as we were travelling with our two young children who were very jet lagged. The vehicle was very comfortable and allowed them to sleep between our sightseeing opportunities. Sam took great care to make sure we were all looked after and safe and even helped keep an eye on the little ones. If we were ever in Bangkok again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company. Many thanks!

We did two days of trips with a lady named Angie and a driver . One exploring the temples, the city , and one to the bridge over the river Kwai and the floating markets . We were met at the hotel each morning by two friendly cheerful faces and enjoyed a luxurious journey around in a spotless Lexus. Angie was knowledgable and interesting. She ensured our time at the various sights was comfortable and without delays. The driver was also lovely and met us on each return to the car with cold water from a cooler. We went to a jewellery factory and we bought a ring which I was quite nervous about. But I needn’t have worried as on appraisal at home it was great value. We would highly recommend the company and especially Angie to anyone looking for an interesting informative trip while in Bangkok.
